About this talk. In this 60-minute session, Lama Zopa Rinpoche gives practical instructions for a morning practice routine, then offers extended dedication prayers. He sequences the practices: Sukhāvati yoga (for practitioners with Highest Yoga Tantra initiation), Lama Chöpa, protector puja, and the King of Prayers, with purifying mantras before communal meals. The core of the teaching is elaborate dedication prayers weaving together teacher-student commitments with large-scale projects: the Maitreya Buddha statue, similar statues worldwide, monasteries, hospitals, schools, and social services across Tibet, Mongolia, and the West. He prays for all workers—architects, engineers, laborers—to gain spiritual benefit from their labor, and for every being, including those who criticize the projects, to accumulate merit and progress toward enlightenment.

In sleep. When you start to have dream. When people then they start to have dream, then the evening time. So the yeah. Maybe there’s some, you who have not taken a Highest Yoga Tantra initiation, but most have taken have taken a high standard initiation, you know, or maybe there’s one or two who have not taken either.

Then, you know, it’s okay to the most have taken then can do Sukhāvati yoga first. So then it helps everybody. Then do Lama Chöpa, begin Lama Chöpa, and before sitting down then that would be the one name. Not without repeating, just go straight. Practice, then, but just stop up and do it then, you know, then sit down, then.

Then the protector puja. Yeah, they can do also the tea offerings for that. Then after that, if possible to do a say, King of Prayers. That’s excellent. That’s it.

Just questions. We’re not also to do twenty-one thousand prostrations somewhere somewhere. You know, it’s possible. Other morning or evening times. The to know other places.

Twenty one. If it can be done, this is most can be good. What I was saying is that before you stand, then like we like normally we do, so it’s a session here before you sit down there. You begin. Know?

Or what? Then rest at one time, then go straight. And then after that with with the prostration. So then once it’s done, then. Yes.

Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. If the in the cessation of the, then do then then I say, And you eat together six times.

This is a bottle of yogurt. I’m joking. That Gradually. More gradually more sanghas happen then. You know, eat together eat together, then make off offering do the practice of offering together before eating.

Then at the end, after dedication together, the purifying pollution, the mantras, you know, that’s that’s very important to do. They received from from the people with the offered food, things offered with devotion. Then even those who are living in pure pure morality, even those who are living pure morality, there’s still this coming death. But that then not we’re not living in pure morality. This is then it is said like leaking, like drinking like drinking, say, the liquid of the iron, this hot iron, know, and they talked about the hell, cooking the the hell brings us into a large part of the liquid.

The Pejuto, I don’t know, I don’t know what the, I forgot the English name. I don’t remember. So, like drinking that on the, it’s like leaking the container One is the fire. So it is like that. So heavy kind of soap.

So therefore, it is not living pure. Then those food or those things offered by people, the devotion, Sangha, then is a heavy karma. So therefore therefore the master side, the mantra Buddha’s name to purify pollution is seven times, and then the mantra three times. Should be it should be some of those books. I think it should be in there in the in the in the the book over.

Nālānda from the it’s a book from Nālānda Sangha. If possible after that, So that we have meditation emptiness. You know, meditation emptiness. When you recite Heart Sūtra, after reciting mantra three times, purified pollution, and then there’s a dedication for the benefactor, you know, even those who people who harm, you know, to, you know, able able to achieve enlightenment. So there’s a dedication.

And then what Katie, one time Katy Sherman came to Tuśita. Did this. I think this I think I don’t remember this man first. Then the Heart Sūtra. And then after lunch, this is what did.

So I think so this way, everybody get a chance to recite the Heart Sūtra and have the opportunity and opportunity to meditate on emptiness. To think of emptiness, it gives you opportunity. I like that. Like, I can do some practice like this. It’s extremely good.

It helps everybody everybody. It helps you. It helps others. So everybody help each other. So it’s very, good.

So let’s see. At the moment. So at the moment, I’m not The other thing is to the other thing is to learn the to to learn the vows. If I didn’t if I did not know, I should learn the vows from the, say, at the moment, Geshe Tenzin here. So could the Geshe Tasan could explain, you see.

So that that so that’s that’s one important one. So at the moment at the moment, just that. Mhmm. K. Then we do dedication.

Mhmm. So we make strong request to put ourselves together. The other three-time merit collecting, three-time merit collecting by others. The first, the very first important, the very first, in all the prayers, most important one is that, to fulfill his holy wishes. That’s the as a prayer.

Have a stable life or may as soon as all his holy wishes be succeed immediately. Yeah. May the mainland Chinese higher top officials. May they realize the Lama as the essence of all embodiment of all the Buddha’s compact all the Buddha’s compassion and say, and totally devote to Rinpoche and do exactly what Rinpoche wishes, what Rinpoche has in the holy mind. So they do exactly can do that.

And they invite they invite Chenrezig Institute in Mainland China and the all the billions of people have total freedom to hear teaching the formation of the and they enjoy the happiness of Dharma. Like happiness of Dharma, like the sun shining. See? And then have total freedom to practice the purest Mahāyāna teachings. And also, they give the, say, country back to the the the Tibetan people, to His Holiness.

And and then, say, to have to happen more realized beings, bodhisattvas, and buddhas in Tibet more than before. And able to preserve Dharma, spread Dharma, and that within able to preserve spread Dharma in all over the world to last long time. So we’ll practice. The your name is given from my promise to enlightened, and all these rules have passed away up to now. And the numbers say help with the They they mitigate liberty from all the suffering and the pain and the way they have been enlightened.

You dedicate the three-time merits collected, but then based on on all the merits we collect during this retreat all the merits that we collected, merits collected, all the merits that we collected during this, all the merits we collected during this time, during the retreat. Then, during then by my hearing, my — this means yourself. Each of yourself. But may hearing, seeing sickness, caused by seeing me, be immediately recovered.

And by my hearing, seeing, may dying sentient beings immediately be born in Pure Land where they become enlightened. Although being born human being, may they practice Dharma, may the may as good as possible. These are the path, present, merit, community members, and the lives of family members, all the students benefiting the organization and those who give up their lives to organization to our services. May all of us, everyone gathered here, may all of us have a long life and need to be healthy. May we be able to meet and receive teachings from holy lamas and have complete realization of Dharma in this very lifetime without delay.

Then the other other the virtuous friends, may they have stable lives and holy activities immediately. And all particularly the Sanghas and the FPMT organization, they may they may they have just and have complete spiritual understanding understandings of the teaching of the Buddha and the realization path of life in this very lifetime by living on the basis of pure Vinaya as the foundation. May they receive all the conditions needed in their lives. And then, see, now the universal education, The then social service, the universal education may be spread all over the world and especially in the public schools and made made open hearts of everyone. Generating love and compassion.

Generate love and compassion. The see. In everyone’s heart, the practice tolerance and the kindness and rejoicing other happen rejoicing good things happening to others and the sort of forgiveness. So that able to educate others, people in the world, and they’re able to come to learn this, may they become may they become like a genuine source of peace and happiness of all sentient beings. These are three-time merit collecting and three-time merit collecting prayers and then all the merits during this retreat.

And then may any dying patient or or this or one of the hospitals receives. May those all those dying person then immediately stop their fear of death and generate incredible joy, happiness. And may they may when may they be born in the the pure land where they they can be enlightened. As as well as any sick person, that comes to organization, FPMT clinics, may the sickness immediately heal the actual body and may the treatment. May they find the right treatment.

Then may they find the Maitreya statue. May it be constructed as good as possible. May it be completed. And that

And that causes also need to correct most auspicious and purified with the dedication, causing especially cause generosity in everyone’s heart in this world, and bring them to enlightenment, cause them to achieve enlightenment as quickly as possible. And then perfect peace and happiness in the whole world. Yeah. Like this. Anybody anybody who’d anybody who’d done it for this for this project, Anybody who gives they give their time, whatever service they offer, and those even those who hears this, who hears the Maitreya project, even those who hear it, not only those who see the statue, those who make offerings, even we see that, we hear the project, who dreams of the project, even those who complain, criticize the project, or those who praise, all those just about just about that, and made the Maitreya teaching and blessings.

May those workers, companies who are doing different jobs, the designer or architect or whoever, also different and even the workers, coolies, porters, all those, during the work, may they create good merit and achieve the two stages in in that very lifetime while they’re working for Maitreya statue. May all the fundings be received without delay the second for complete the whole project. And then the essay. And then all that and to build various whole objects in different parts of the world. Different parts of world.

They are building holy objects in Tibet. They say, Mongolia, the nine-storey Lama Tsongkhapa statue and then Maitreya Buddha fifteen or around fifty metres there. The stories, so forth. As well as in Tibet, whole objective to build in Tibet was planned, all those things. Whole objective to build different parts of the world, I think, to see one thousand one one thousand Maitreya statues.

Not not the forty-five feet. Different size. Well, higher than one story, but different size. So to reduce the the sufferings in the world, the famine, the evils of famine, the evils of sicknesses, wars and weapons — these different evils that come to this world. This way, heavy suffering, so the duration of those become shorter.

Yeah. Become shorter. So the Maitreya Buddha statue is in the area. So for for these purposes. Then but using all the needs, the I find it all the needs that then, see, without delay in second, as well as the support of monasteries.

The number of competitions that are gonna be given to our teachers and as well. Maybe more than now maybe more than three thousand monks, you know, all the food and stuff. Then so then within that many other groups. So, there are already existing ones. Those and then other then those other the Sangha monasteries, those able to continue our service and then develop monasteries at different parts of the world, to uphold Dharma, spread Dharma.

And they do the social social service different possible Tibet and eye hospital in the Mongolia, all those food and, say, school and many things. And the hospitals in different in the west, you know, in the West, you know. So there is a social service, then it was to to be most beneficial to succeed, to be most beneficial, and part of some of the needs. So that’s and then the center here, then it should be most beautiful. It will cause generate in the generate in the hearts of all and especially generate bodhicitta in all their hearts.

And in particular, let’s spread Lama Tsongkhapa’s teaching, complete teaching in the hearts of all sentient beings. I’m able to receive all the needs for that. And whatever project plan it has meant to be succeeded immediately, that is all needs. So able to establish able to establish a Buddhist college, then learning Tibetan language here. Learning Tibetan language, the language training, and so forth.

So I got to be most productive, most beneficial to the Sangha as well. And and anyone comes here, the never be born in lower realms. Anybody who comes to the center at the center, immediately get purified. It just come just by coming here. Then the never-ending lower realms.

And it immediately purify bad karma, actualise bodhicitta, realize emptiness. However, complete path in this life, achieving as much possible. So may Buddha Sarvarthasiddhi. And what about the center need to benefit others in many different ways or the whatever this needs, they will receive everything. The resident public qualified resident teacher and all the rest, whatever need people, the material things, whatever, everything may be received immediately.

So I pray to establish the Dharma center. Mhmm. These. To have all these things. So like this, same all the rest of the centers to have to to become like this, to have them like this.

Most beneficial. Then one self, in all the lifetimes to be like from this from this second, in all the lifetimes, to be like same quality, like, as a kalpa, able to instantly able to fulfill the wishes of sentient beings. Offer extensive benefit to all beings oneself. Next dedication request. So I’m offer.

Didn’t get the offer. Didn’t go get the offer before. So I’m going to offer scarf to the. Then we do we do the then as a the the in in Chinese or on it? No.

It doesn’t matter. Otherwise, just to be to normal one. The and the end of the. End of the Georgia, they are normal. If there’s a in in Chinese, it is teaching.

If that’s in Chinese, we can do that. Yeah. In Chinese? No? The Lama Chöpa, but it’s not the end of the.

Not the near end of the one normally we chant, not the one. The Lama Chöpa, but it’s in particular. No. No. Not last story.

Short. Short. Short. It is about Lama Tsongkhapa’s life experience, but not a particular life story. Yeah, that one, that one.

Oh, you have that one in Chinese? You have that one in Chinese? Yes, yes. Oh, that’s good. Short one?

I’m not sure. So, leave that in Chinese. You have that? You have that? Which one?

Just before you’re talking. Okay. Another one. Oh yeah, that’s okay. Yes.

So we can offer this all together, right, with the same meditation, right, as planned before.
