About this talk. In this 68-minute session, Ven Jamyang guides students through a structured compassion meditation designed to heal the mind and open the heart. He begins with foundational grounding—settling awareness into the body and breath—then introduces the practice of generating bodhicitta motivation to benefit all beings. The core meditation visualises Buddhas and Bodhisattvas pouring white light into yourself and others, purifying negativities and harmful actions while reciting Om mani padme hum. Jamyang systematically extends this compassion: first to parents and loved ones, then to those who cause difficulty, then to all humans and animals. He explains how reciting the mantra and cultivating universal compassion directly counter the closed heart that blocks genuine happiness. After the guided meditation, he offers direct teaching on karma and mind, clarifying how past actions condition present experience, why control comes from managing intention rather than circumstances, and how mindfulness and wisdom transform reactive patterns. The final section includes practical dialogue on relationships and expectations, grounded in Buddhist analysis of suffering and change. Pitched at practitioners seeking both guided practice and clear philosophical grounding.

Let’s start. Geshe-la? Can they hear you? Judy.
Sorry. I’ll hush you. I find it difficult to do because you’re a respectful old lady. You can’t say that. You can’t use age to get married.
That’s not fair. You can’t do No. I mean that. Yeah. She’s meant that sincerely.
She was saying she’s respect she finds it hard to go at you because she’s expecting to show more respect, more deference. Yeah. Yes. I know. Yeah.
That was Please don’t do that. I don’t deserve that. Yes. You do. You are wiser.
You have something you want to do. Anyway, let’s start because Jane really has to leave, we can’t stretch her time. But we can stretch it at four o’clock a little bit. So after after if you wanna and not feel bad. You will not hear my voice again.
So just go inside. Be aware of your body. And allow yourself to relax into the body. There’s only one place where we are really safe, where we can find real comfort and real peace. Allow the mind to settle down.
You can either be very aware of your whole body or you can focus on your breath, observing the rising and falling of your abdomen every time when you breathe in and breathe out. Then try to generate a bodhicitta motivation, thinking that we’re not doing this meditation only for our own benefit, but for the benefit of all sentient beings. And then imagine that all beings, all in human form, are sitting around you and extending beyond the horizon. The whole space is filled with beings. At your right side is your father, and at your left, your mother.
Your friends and relatives are behind you, and the so called enemies, those who have harmed you, those that annoy you are in front of you. I know a lot of sentient beings are around them. Visualize in the space in front of you all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who have great compassion. Their only purpose is coming to this world to save other beings from suffering and to bring them only happiness. And from the heart of all the Buddhas and bodhisattvas comes white light, which is in essence their compassion.
Visualize that that compassion of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas enters your body in the form of that white light. It fills your whole body completely, purifying you of all the negativities and all your problems. And while you visualize that, we’re gonna recite, it’s written on the board instead in case you can’t remember. Your whole body is filled with white light. And feel that all your negativities and all your problems are completely purified.
They have disappeared. And then the white light keeps on coming from the Buddha’s and bodhisattva’s heart, entering still your body. This time purifying you of all your past harmful actions and your potential to give harm in the future. And while we recite the mantra again, keep on visualizing that all these harmful actions that you have created in the past are going to be completely removed from your mind stream and also your potential to give harm. Mail.
Oh, money, pay, money, pay, mail. Oh, payment, oh, money payment. And by removing all your past harmful actions and the potential to give harm, we have also removed your suffering and diseases. They all have disappeared out of your body and mind. You are completely free of all suffering and the causes of suffering.
And your body and mind are filled with the limitless love and compassion of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Your body feels light and blissful, your mind peaceful and clear, And your mind is filled with universal compassion, which is compassion for every living being. And while you contemplate that state, you’re reciting the mantra. And while your mind is filled with universal compassion, contemplate on the suffering of your parents and on the suffering of other people who are close to you. Open your heart to the physical and psychological problems they are experiencing right now.
Visualize that the compassion of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas enters their body in the form of white light, and that it purifies all the negativities and problems. And while we recite, Om mani padme hum, think that just like you, they just want to be free of suffering. The compassion of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas keeps on pouring light into their bodies, and imagine now that they become completely purified from all their problems, suffering and disease, and that they achieve the peace and bliss of enlightenment. Me home. Oh, money pay home.
Oh, money Visualize that those who are close to you, that you love very much, they’re all completely purified of all their obscurations, their suffering, and they abide in perfect happiness. I rejoice that we have been able to help them. Then think of the people that you don’t like or those who have hurt you. Imagine their suffering, their physical pain and discomfort, their feelings of loneliness, insecurity, fear, dissatisfaction. Visualize that the compassion of all the Buddhas and bodhisattvas enters their body in the form of white light and that it purifies all the negativities and problems.
Om mani padme hum. Om mani padme hum. Om mani padme hum. And then visualize that the white light keeps on coming, filling their body completely. This time purifying all their past harmful actions and their potential to give harm in the future. Think that just like us, they want to be free of all suffering.
They don’t want to have problems. But just like us, they have no choice As long as the mind is confused and ignorant of reality, it cannot find peace. But because of all the white light they have received, the mantra recitation, their bodies are now clean, clear, purified of all negativities and abiding in a state of perfect happiness. And then extend this compassion to every human being, all the people in the streets, the shops, homes, restaurants, offices, and also to every animal and insect. Contemplate that whoever has an uncontrolled mind necessarily has suffering.
Visualize that the compassion of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas enters their body in the form of white light. It purifies all the negativities and problems. And just like you, all these strangers, they just want to be free of suffering. And the white light that just enters their body has completely purified them from all their problems, suffering, disease. And more light keeps coming.
And visualize that they eventually achieve a state where they enjoy the peace and the bliss of enlightenment. Om mani padme hum. And by now all the beings around you, all in human form, they’re all their bodies are filled with white light. All the negativities that they have committed in the past is completely purified. The potential for giving harm in the future is completely purified. They’re all established in a state of peace and ultimate happiness.
How wonderful it is that we can feel compassion for every single living being, wishing them all to be free from suffering and the causes of suffering. Rejoice that we have been able to open our heart for all sentient beings and feel how it is beneficial for ourselves and for others. And then being aware of your state of mind, contemplate that this with this state of mind, we cannot harm even one sentient being. And then we dedicate a merit. By thinking due to all my past and future positive actions and those done by others, may compassion, which is the source of all healing and happiness, be generated in my mind and in the minds of all living beings, especially those who are experiencing cancer, AIDS and other diseases.
Since lack of wisdom and compassion makes disease disease a problem for the mind, may compassion and wisdom be generated, and may all diseases be immediately cured. And then Lama Zopa gives an advice that you can do every minute of your life. He says, well, we can remember that the purpose of our life is to free all sentient beings from their suffering and to bring them happiness. When we see other people, members of our family, strangers in the street, even our enemies, animals, we can think, I am here to bring you happiness. And if we can think that with every single sentient being, we are developing great compassion in our mind.
And that attitude will give you a lot of joy. And then when you feel ready, come back to your body. And slowly open your eyes. Was that helpful? That’s for you can you didn’t fall asleep.
Oh, wow. So the singing Yeah. Help you? Yeah. Good.
So it’s on the on the sheet so you can You don’t pronounce the d in pame. Pame. Yeah. No. I know.
Some people say pame. Omani pame hum. Others say, Omani pame hum. It is the jewel in the lotus. And if you you know, there are teachings, these big books about what the mantra means, so I can’t say that very quickly, but it means that it represents the wisdom and the compassion.
That with the wisdom, we can the jewel means our bodhicitta mind. It means the potential that we have inside us. And what we what we want, we want to discover that jewel that we all have inside. We want to connect with that. It’s ten to four.
And if we sing recite Om mani padme hum, then that somehow that brings our awareness inside. It makes our heart soft. You know? We have closed our heart. We have blocked our heart.
We say some people we like, they can come into our heart, but most of the people, we don’t want them into our heart. It’s too much. It’s too big. It’s, some we find annoying. We don’t, you know, even but But what that does, that attitude is actually blocking ourselves from feeling really happy.
And the more we are able to open up that heart, the more we actually are going to feel how, what we really have inside, how the mind really looks like. Having that closed state of mind is not really natural, you know, although everybody has that, it’s not really our natural state. It’s like, it’s like, it’s almost like we harm ourselves again and again when we have that closed heart. So the more we understand how reality exists, the more we are able to open up our heart and the more we can connect with the real nature of our mind, which is love and compassion. Know, compassion for others helps us to open our heart.
The more compassion I can generate for others, the happier I feel. So in a way, it’s selfish, you know, but it’s it’s a healthy selfishness. It’s a wise selfishness. With a potential? Yeah.
Good. See you next week. Yep. And Dharma is the thing of the teaching, The realizations? Yeah.
This is the one on our own. Yeah. Yeah. About sangha? Sangha.
How how is that inter I didn’t say that, did I? Because I thought, what am I gonna say there? And I can’t get away with it. Have I written that down? No.
It’s on your sheet. Oh, right. Oh, yes. Here it is. Yeah.
I don’t know. Maybe I would say you yourself as a practitioner who supports you in your practice. I Sanga is the support. No. No.
No. It’s if you if you but what we you know, we have we all have the Buddha potential, so we all can become a Buddha. So, when we take refuge in the Buddha and you remember your potential but you also remember the path, you know, if you would remember the path and if you’ve somehow focused on I can become like that, then that’s like a refuge. If you think about Dharma, anything that I learn about how to get here Well, let’s say every virtue that we create in the mind, every virtue, so any beneficial action, any action that is focused on beyond this life, that is like dharma. So every time that you think, oh no, I’m not going to kill that fly, oh no, know, oh I changed my how can I help you?
That is the dharma. Then eventually where that leads to is that we have real realizations about death and impermanence and precious human rebirth and karma. That the realizations in the mind, so first of all the virtue and then the realizations, that is the dharma inside us. The Sangha, if we the Sangha is also those beings who have achieved certain realizations. Those beings who have realized emptiness directly, they are called sangha members.
So for us sangha is I don’t know if as soon as we have the realization that of emptiness, the realizing emptiness directly, we are a Sangha member, an ultimate Sangha member. I’m not sure if I would refer that to me. I’m not sure, you know, I’m not sure. Buddha Dharma, maybe we have to think about our friends who help us. I’m not sure.
I’m not sure. That makes it normal, isn’t it? If this is your Buddha potential, this is all the virtue and this is the people around you, then it’s easy to take refuge, isn’t it? It’s not so religious when we do that. What is the exact meaning of Dharma?
Dharma Dharma means literally one is phenomena or phenomena means phenomena is Dharma but Dharma is all refers to the teachings of the Buddha. Yeah, but sometimes also Dharma, I think teachings from other religions are sometimes also called Dharma. I would say anything that gets you out of saṃsāra is Dharma. What is the translation of? Yeah.
I don’t I don’t it has something to do with the jewel in the lotus. Jewel. Jewel. I think it means the jewel in the lotus. I’m pretty sure.
The jewel in the lotus. The praise for the jewel in the lotus. Om, money. I don’t know. These these words have such a You wanna know.
Om. Om means Om. I only know Om. Om means the I have it somewhere. I should look it up.
Let me look that up. Do you have to My pen. The Buddhist meant to be higher. That have any calculated meaning like that too? Yes.
Yes. But if you if you read the translations, you know, for instance, the Vajrasattva mantra, we have the translation of that. You read it. If you would say that in English, you think what do I, you know? Yeah.
It’s it becomes very Any mantra that we sing connects us with that Buddha potential. Yeah. You know? Somehow Even during the mowing it was okay. Yes.
You can sing it at any time. You can even visualize the mowing of the of the the noise of the mower as the mantra. It’s like Śākyamūni is singing the mantra to you when you hear the mower. You could even do that. Yeah.
Yeah. Okay. Yeah. The Samsāra is that the cycle of life? Yep.
And the Samsāra is the suffering cycle of life? Yep. And so where is that connected with all of this? Everything that helps to penetrate or to reverse that cycle of existence, that is Dharma. Yeah.
So that doesn’t necessarily come from the Buddha. Right? There are also other teachings that help to to to to do that. Yeah. True?
Oh, yeah. Yeah. So I’m gonna say one thing about karma today, and then I’m gonna let you go. karma what did I hear yesterday about intention? And I’m still thinking about that one.
karma is action. If we look at how the material world functions, then we know that there is a law of cause and effect. True? Put your hand in the flame and you get burned. If you see smoke, there must be a fire.
If there is real smoke, there must be fire. There must be fire. Is heat. True? I agree on that, that there is a law of cause and effect happening in the material world?
Trudy, you agree on that? I don’t think so, yeah. Okay. So we have matter and our body is part of that. And we know that that the the body comes into existence and ceases to exist, but then there are many laws that the body listens to.
You know? If we treat the body well, the body will be more happy. True? Sometimes? Sometimes sometimes.
Okay. So you have the the the body and because it is because the mind is talking a lot to the body. Oh, yeah. Yeah. So but matter reacts in a certain way.
Matter has functions in accord with the law of cause and effect. Mind exists as a completely different energy which meets matter but doesn’t mix with matter. So you have the energy of matter and you have the energy of mind. They’re two different energies. They meet each other, especially in our bodies.
In our bodies they almost go together. Alright? In material objects they are not there. We have a relationship with them, but the mind is not really there. So in the body, the mind and and the matter, they meet.
Mind is just as the body under the or just as matter under the influence of a law of cause and effect? The mind? The mind. Just a moment. At the moment I’m still in the sky where you suggested that the mind could be.
What? Was one time in meditation you suggested the mind could go up in the No. No. No. No.
No. The mind is like the sky. The mind is like the blue sky. Well, that was very effective with me. Yes.
And that still exists. Right? So you have the mind, the nature of the mind is like the blue sky, but then in the sky all these clouds arise, which are thoughts, emotions, feelings, these thoughts behave in accord with a law of cause and effect. It’s just we cannot see the mind. We cannot access the mind with our sense organs, right, which makes it very difficult for us to understand the law of cause and effect.
We do not really know how that law works. If we would know the law of cause and effect, we would know how to create our own happiness and we would know how to create our our own suffering. We know how to create our own suffering but not really, you know. We are looking constantly for happiness and in doing that we actually create a lot of suffering and we do not know where we make the mistakes. We are not aware enough of the law of cause and effect.
Okay? So I give you one thing that how the Buddha says that. It’s like anything that we experience is result of action, is a result of our previous action. So an action leads to an experience. This can take lifetimes before it happens.
Right? So I create an action somewhere in time, and today, right now, what I experience right now is a result of an action that I did somewhere in the past. Most of the time, not in this life, but in previous lives. Right? What I believe is what I experience is due to what I say, how I connect with you, where I am, you know, that is my experience.
But actually my the real cause of my experience is coming from a previous action. And all the rest, what I think is a cause for how I feel are conditions for how I feel. Right? Because next week I may be in pain and I feel miserable. I have the same people, same place, whatever and I feel miserable.
Why is that? Because another action is the cause of that experience. If you guys would be really the cause of how I feel, I would every time feel the same when I’m around you and I know that that’s not true. You all know that that is not true. You’ll feel every time different when you come.
True? Every time when you come to Buddha house you feel different. So Buddha house is not the cause how you feel. That’s a condition. That’s what happened to me.
That’s a condition. Yeah. You suffered for a long time from that what they call chronic bronchitis. Right? Cause for that bronchitis is in the past as somewhere in a previous life.
The fact that you suffered for that long period of time, the cause for that is in the past. In this life it appears as if, you know, you don’t find the right doctor to give you the right medicine. Then when the karma is finished, suddenly this doctor appears and says, has this idea in mind and says, Oh, I’ll give you this, and it’s gone. You think, Why didn’t you give me that before? Because your karma was not exhausted yet.
karma can be quite a harsh thing. A harsh thing. karma is nothing nice. karma has no but, you know, our actions have been harsh. So what you’re saying is everything that happens in our life presently is years of previous What we experience, whatever we experience.
So for some people when they go into a divorce, they’re happy that they get rid of this guy. But for other people when they go in divorce, they’re very sad because, you know, somebody that they really love is leaving them. That experience is what we what is so both go into a divorce, but you can experience something very different. So our experience comes from previous karma. And bad.
Yes. Good and bad. Yeah. If you’re a good person in this part Yeah. It means nothing if you’re a bad person in previous life.
Sorry? So if you what what so what we can do what we we cannot do anything anymore what we did in previous lives. Right? What we have done, we have done. And we will have to sit on the how do say that in English?
We say we have to sit on the blisters. What is that word? It’s okay. I said lovely. I’m very happy.
Okay. We say then you have to sit on the blisters. If you have burnt yourself, you have to sit on the blisters, right? So if you have done negative actions, you will have to deal with the results. And that can ripen in this life.
Right? So you can be a very compassionate person and then still receive then still experience a lot of suffering, you know, and there’s a lot of hardship due to actions in a previous life. Right? So what we can do today, what we normally do is we have an experience and there is the attachment. Oh, I like more of that.
I believe that I get happy because of the ice cream and I want to have more ice cream. But actually the happiness from the ice cream is connected to a previous action. If these actions are not there anymore, I’m not enjoying the ice cream. Right? Or I react with aversion.
Attachment and aversion are actions, which means is karma, which means will lead to another experience in the future. How is it then that we think we are experiencing karma in this life when we know we treated somebody badly at some stage a couple of years ago, ten years ago, and then that experience comes back to us by someone treating us badly? Well, normally we have a kind of way how we behave. We have a personality, so we have tendencies. So I might have the tendency to look down on people.
And then at a certain point, because I have have done it in the past too. So when somebody looks down on me, it’s not because I’ve looked down on that person in this life because I was already doing it in previous lives. What I’ve done in this life will come back next life. So what Buddhism says, if you want to be in control of this, you have to be in control of your actions. You have to be in control of these actions.
This is not controlled. Alright? So we somehow have to bring our mind to where we can just experience and observe the experience and then apply our wisdom and say, Okay, what am I going to do with this? You know, if this is a suffering experience, we know how hard it is to deal with that aversion, isn’t it? But if we can deal with that aversion and can really go to experience, then apply our wisdom, we can transform a whole tendency of karma that has been coming to us for many lifetimes maybe.
Right. This is where we meditate because we want to get here. We want to stop that. We the whole day, we are doing, doing, doing. Doing comes from this.
Our doing is this. Meditation brings us here and says, feel what is happening without jumping into your attachment or your aversion. Okay? Requires a lot of mindfulness. Mindfulness.
Yeah. We all wobble. Most of the day we’re not here. We start with mindfulness. Yeah, I have to talk about that too, what we do then, the methods, because you can apply different methods from your experience.
The only thing that we can change what we normally change is our environment. How can I make sure that I get what I want? How can I make sure that this person treats me nicely? How can I make sure that, you know, I’m in control of my environment? That is what we’re doing.
That is not dealing with karma, right? If we deal with karma, we try to be in control of our actions. We let whatever happens happen but we control our action. You know, normally we react, we try to step back from our reaction and see how can I respond in a wise way so that this karma is not gonna come back to me again? So first of all, you have to accept that nobody is forcing you in that state of mind and that’s a hard one.
Because forcing means you’re blaming. You’re blaming Victor for your anger. You you’re saying you experience something. Yes, you’re experiencing his intolerance. How does that what is that?
His intolerance with regard to my pathway in life and his total misunderstanding of the effect of his words on another human Yes, his ignorance and pain that it causes another human being. So I would say it’s not connecting with you and it’s even rejecting you. It’s rejecting me rather than connecting with you. It could be. It could be.
It could be I want you out of my sight. I’m old. I feel miserable. Go away. But he he can’t even hear what you’re talking about.
No. You’re right. You’re right. Right. You’re right.
So in a way that is a rejection because you you are looking for that person that connects with you, that recognizes you, that sees you for who you are. Yes. Somehow you expect that from him. Yes. He can’t give it to me.
And he can never give it to you and you still expect it. Every time when you see him, somehow you feel at home there is this person who understands me and he never does. Don’t. Stop. Stop.
Teach yourself. Teach yourself. Teach myself. Yes. Because as long as you keep expecting and he’s not giving it to you, you you always experience pain.
Yes. Yes. Of course. And the moment you can say, you go home and you when you go home, you contemplate, Victor is not gonna understand what I’m doing, and that is okay. How can I care for him without asking that understanding from him?
Yes, I agree and know you have underlined an absolute truth. The only problem that can be rather difficult, he can attack what I’m doing and then break it to the extent that it’s just useless rot. And that is difficult. Yes. That’s probably where I get in trouble.
Yes. So you’re gonna expect that. Says expect the criticism. Yes. Yes.
That’s what it is. You go out and you say, he’s gonna criticize me for whatever I’m doing. That’s okay. Because I know how he is, and I’ll take that on. Yeah.
It’s good for your pride. It is. You know? But don’t let it touch your inner strength. Don’t believe, oh, it’s very hard because we are also needy saying, please tell me I’m a good person.
One of the I think perhaps. And if we become if we grow up, we do not need that from anybody. We can tell us that ourselves. No. If you just if you make the decisions to be in a relationship with someone, you know, yet you can make the decisions by yourself.
But No. I’m not saying that. I think when you have needs you want to be in a relationship and when you have no needs you not necessarily want to be in a relationship. That’s what we strive for. That you emotionally have no needs and that you can only give.
You can only give. You take care of your own needs and you only give. That is the ideal where we work towards. And yes, we are normal human beings. Yes, we have needs.
Yes, we would like somebody to say that we are great and what we’re doing that I really appreciate that. But Judy has chosen a situation where she is not with a person like that and where she’s in the opposite situation. So then you can apply techniques to make your mind strong and you can use where you are to develop your own mind. But it doesn’t matter if he says you’re good or not. Doesn’t make you good or not, does it?
No, it doesn’t. Just that I feel that maybe something I’m giving him is comforting him or what’s wrong with him. Everything that you’re giving him, right? You could even give him and say, May I in my next life find a mother who nourishes me like I nourish Victor? I like it.
It’s calmer in the family. Lovely. Yeah. And then you create a causes to meet somebody who is just as loving as you in your next life. Oh, that would be just I just feel the mood.
For me, it would be a very great grief, something I’ve never known. Judah decides to stay with somebody who doesn’t meet with her there. Did on two occasions, yes, and left when I came back because it was difficult for me and I had no means of support. And I was older and But Judy Judy is using her time, right? It’s like you can use any experience that you have to transform your own mind and Judy is doing that.
And maybe you are at a different stage in your life, you know. So you can’t say, Oh, I actually see that I have to leave my partner, but that means that Judy also has to do that. It’s not like that. Everybody’s on a different path and what is good for Judy might not be good for you and we do not know. And also, also know that his childhood and his life with his family was deeply painful in many ways, although he has always been a brilliant man and been able to go through life and put that behind him.
But there is a part of me being there that I want part of me to go into him so that he can take that with him into his next life and have a better life. Mhmm. I’m not just there for me. I’m also there to bring him this, I have to do it. That is a byproduct, you know.
The main reason why you’re there is for you. And that whatever you give him is a byproduct of your goodness and whatever he takes from that is his choice. You cannot change him. You cannot change his You can’t. You cannot.
Otherwise the Buddhist would have done it a long time ago. But he might change in the next life, you never know? Yeah, but even if he doesn’t, it shouldn’t matter to try to get rid of that, you know, because these are fantasies that make it really hard for your mind to be there. Even if it doesn’t, if you use being you have to be there, you feel that, then you use every moment to practice your goodness and giving and you, you know. But if you stop expecting from him, he might actually come out.
But you have to let go of the expectation and he might or might not come. But as long as expect and you’re needy, Victor is probably somebody who says, oh, the neediness. But as soon as you stop being needy, he might actually think, hey. Where are you going? What are you doing?
You have changed. You know? Yeah. Well, his favorite thing is, oh, I do love to get you. You look so attractive when you’re angry.
I love every moment of it. This is when he’s driven me to this day and I just think, oh, I’m just I’m just gonna be now. We’ve got to get the hell go. But, I mean, he loves to I think that is his only way of connecting with somebody. Yeah.
That’s his big pleasure. But he has no other way of connecting. That’s really sad. No. If he doesn’t have any other people’s help.
Yeah. Or even to feel that attraction, you know, when you make other people angry, it’s quite sad, isn’t it? It is sad and then a lot of sadness there and my heart goes out to him. So there’s clearly love in my heart. You do love him, yes, I can see that.
But you have to protect yourself with your compassion, with taking care of yourself, you know, knowing that everything you’re doing is alright and give up all your expectations. I would do everything I can to do that because of something that you have said, which is terribly important. That you may come out to me if you stop. Yep. That’s your only chance, actually.
As long as you keep on asking, he will never come. I’m gonna try. I’ll make. Great. You might fall by the wayside.
We’ll put you back on track. Alright. We have to stop because in ten minutes, we have to do that. Thank you all for coming.
We’ll do a very quick dedication. You alright? Yeah. Yeah? Yeah.
Yep. We’ll talk about what’s his name? Matt? Matt. Matthew.
Matthew? You love him? No. Do you think Judy loves Victor? That’s a feeling too.
Alright. Just you know, a very simple way of dedicating is that you imagine that you collect all the positive energy that we have generated today in the form of white light, and you bring it all to a ball above your head. And that ball of white light is very strong connected to your heart. Gives peace, contentment, joy, happiness. And then we decide that we don’t keep that just for ourselves, but that we share it with all sentient beings.
And you imagine that a ball, you can imagine it as big as you like, but that sends out light waves to all sentient beings, giving away all the virtue that we created, all the goodness, all our good fortune, we give it all away so that other people, sentient beings can become as happy as we feel now. Thank you for coming.
