About this talk. In this 170-minute teaching, Lama Zopa Rinpoche guides practitioners through bodhicitta—the aspiration to achieve enlightenment for all beings. He covers the Four Immeasurable Thoughts (loving-kindness, compassion, joy, equanimity) and tonglen (taking-and-giving practice), showing how these systematically uproot self-cherishing, the root of all suffering. Central to his teaching is the principle that practice requires understanding: reciting prayers and mantras without contemplating their meaning yields little benefit, a point he illustrates with a story of a wealthy Hong Kong family. He walks through making offerings, the proper treatment of dharma texts and sacred objects, impermanence, and the rarity of human birth. For practitioners already initiated in bodhicitta.

Make a prostration, and then just started the tatana just at the very beginning because we spent some time to clarify the pronunciation of the Manishwa. Mhmm. And what she was, you know, transcribing. It’s it’s not just one one place is not clear. It’s the the last one.

Which one to a new one? The new one? Oh. That one here. Mendo.

Mendo often is done. Mendo often. Oh. Oh, okay. Mhmm.

Could you repeat the mantra a few times? Because, Elaine, her recording is not very clear Mhmm. Last night. Mhmm. So because then she can, you know, make a night.

She she will make a CD, then we can pray. Which part? Is it the mental mental organ part? So sad. Oh.

From miserable. Generating from miserable coughs. So they are generating the four imaginable thoughts. So, the first one is generating the imaginable thoughts. So, the way the prayer we do, it contains four things within that.

How wonderfully it is, sir, if the sentiment is there about the ignorance, freedom, discriminatory anger, attachment, the image of the imaginable wish. Made about made about equanimity, that is the immeasurable prayer, and then I will call them about immeasurable aspect our attitude, taking responsibility because taking responsibility on yourself. Then, immeasurable requests. The last one. Asking the the Gurupadas, please grant me blessings to be able to do this.

So while we are so one, while we are residing this, the cause of the discriminatory thought and the attachment, and all the sufferings, and the result of all the sufferings. Everything you take it, you know, from hell beings, hunger, those animals, human beings would also suffer anyway. So it can be taken from the or like that. In the the Jie practice, the thought transmission, in some of the thought transmission practices, in the form of, you see, scalpels, in the form of scorpions or sharp six you see, like what the are holding, one hand is holding that, six swords that point, which turns, you send away and turns and cuts out the people, head, head, and so that, head cuts neck, you see. However, so the main thing is this, visualizing something very harmful to the self-cherishing torso.

You’ll get the self-cherishing thoughts. You are the enemy causing you all the unhappiness, all the obstacles. Not only to achieve temporal happiness, but not only happiness in this life, but happy future life liberation, from saṃsāra, full enlightenment, which interferes the happiness by ourselves and to cause the happiness drive or the sentient beings, temporary ultimate happiness, including enlightenment to sentient beings, once of the cause, which becomes ostril. So, many things to visualize is something that’s very terrible and most humble to cut the traditional ego, that’s the main point. In conclusion, that is the sculptures or the was, you know, something terrifying an animal shed.

It it the ego, you see, that they sharp open the cut, you so that. However, then, the complete that, say, as one breathed Indian, through went there, went in the heart and destroyed his ego self-cherishing thoughts. You know? Completely. Yeah.

So can like that. Pimented like that. What was it? What was the second visit? For example, all these ongoing problems in Iraq, suicidal bombings, day, almost every day there’s killing there, suicidal bombings, know, happen again and again.

So, you know, other countries. Also, all those wars, all this has to do with the, you know, it came from the discriminant thought anger attachment, you see. However, all these things. So taking the cause, anger attachment and all the result of all these problems. An example, this is just an example.

So human being, the relationship example, relationship problem to do the anger attachment. Oh, there’s so much suffering that goes on and on. Many years of pain in the heart. So that caused the result suffering, all the problems. So that and destroys the ego.

And give everything for the ego, the ego destroys the self change or destroys. So the so if I can do the the mentation with that, that’s the excellent the extremely that’s the that’s extremely powerful practice of bodhicitta, that destroys the enema of the bodhicitta. You destroy the enema of the bodhicitta, the self changes the opposite. Therefore, blocks to have bodhicitta realization, who blocks us to the internal mind part, who blocks us to be a fortunate person, who blocks us to achieve enlightenment, who blocks us to liberate the nabbaty sentient beings from the ocean to saṃsāra suffering and bring them to enlightenment. So less self less egoism, more bodhicitta cherish others.

Then, one day, totally, totally one let go, able to let go of the I, and able to cherish only others, not only others, Then seek happiness only others, working for only others. So, through such this practice, practicing the antidote to self cherish. One day then that’s completely you have less less than completely eliminated. Only what is what there is in that? Also, bodhicitta.

Also there. Okay? Oh, that means Yeah. What is that? When we when we do prayer, I think the meaning is very important.

Then when you think of the meaning of the mentation, the mind is also in a virtue, You know? So the virtue what is virtue? Reciting the virtue, actual speech. The mind, it meant it in meaning. It was also become virtuous.

Also, morning, blessings speech. Well, if you have been telling, that’s okay. But it’s not just to read. One must meditate. Along with that, one must meditate.

So it’s maybe good to read slowly and then at the same time do the meditation. Just mere recitation, the prayer doesn’t become blessing of speech. Blessing speech only if you do the meditation, the visualization, the visualization, visualization, visualization. In Hong Kong, there’s one Indian man. They were they were very wealthy they were extremely wealthy people, maybe, I don’t know, sixteen years ago, ten years ago, sixteen years ago, something.

So, they had a lot of buildings, many buildings, you know. So, I think that time, they were very wealthy and they didn’t pay much attention. Not only they didn’t pay attention to Kundalini to create more merit, Of course, were Hindu, so not understanding karma and That’s what happened with Dharma, so not understanding karma. That why the world that they had is result of the path, know, with karma virtue. So, I didn’t have that idea.

Didn’t have even that idea understanding. Besides no understanding, the happy future couldn’t easily more merit. So, I think what happened is lack of understanding the practice, then I guess, a little married to what they had to run out. So now, the whole entire family, even though they live separately in all the different countries, in Hong Kong, so is experiencing so much difficult life, unable to make money or unable to get stuck, unable to make business, success. Now, for so many years, for a long time ago.

So last time I suggested to his name is Obi, the one in so to read Ayasagara Sūtra, a certain number. So he read, Bushi wants Bushi wants mean, to be wealthy, have wealth and to have money. I don’t know how many times he read, but when I talk about the benefits, which he explained there, it looks like totally new. I think he read, but he never think simply said he never thought the meaning. But you know all those times, I think how many times he said, but he never thought the meaning.

Even even one you know, the whole whole the whole time. I don’t know how many times he read the whole thing, but never thought any meaning. He says, he’s just read and never thought it. Maybe my his mind is stressed and, you know, there’s so much there’s so much difficulties, so many problems in the family, so maybe with that. Mind disorders, I’m not sure.

So the we’ll do if we do that, while we’re doing the plan, we do the then maintain that the most powerful practice. Most powerful in purification and most powerful ways to collect the limitless. So next one is generating generating imaginable love and kindness. So, it’s the same. Within that, there are four practices.

The image will immeasurable to their wish, and then prayer, and expression of truth, and their request. So that time, you can do giving with vaginal rubber candies. You have three times merits, all the result happens after enlightenment, and your own body, all the possessions, everything that was blown, all the belongings, everything completely. They give to a number of servants, a number of animals, a of human beings, us, for the invasive beings. That can you that?

So when you say, when you think I think when you think happiness, when you’re praying, when you’re rejoicing happiness, others I think that the enlightenment thing is the ultimate happiness, enlightenment in the mind. How wonderful it is if all the sentient beings have happiness and cause of happiness. So enlightenment, you know. In the heart, enlightenment. So so she’s dealing with all the sentiment, you know, which I tell enlightenment, you see, period.

Enlightenment, praying to them. They make it to them. They didn’t even make a prayer. So there, yeah, every happiness within the mind enlightenment. Or even when you when you do prayer, like cessation of God, the the point which we’re doing for ourselves whatever.

Can even you can decide, you know, how wonderful this world is in them. Can have a enlightenment. Made it enlightenment. Our class will take enlightenment. Please go to the university.

So I can’t think of that. That is very powerful. Not not just not just wishing, you know, to have just some terrible happiness, you know, but The next one, the image of compassion. So the meditation that everyone can do besides the same prayer, the dong dong is it. They help you.

All the delusion come out of the unimaginable energy of the substance in all text. And for pollution or the rest, then absorb the ego, then the ego the subject of complete distress. So see. All the causes of delusion come out. All the All the result are there’s the whole result of this.

One is our heart. So all the cause, all the love servants, hell, hunger, and all all all all all to us. Poll inform pollution or or. Then complete inside of his heart to destroy the ego. So this last one, the Japanese.

Again, the. Tell all the the the ultimate. Tell all the sin and the sin Yeah. So so we should wish the sin never to not be separated away from the from from the to bring happiness. Happiness of it.

The happiness of this human being. So here, again, taking practicing all the cough to really come out and all that and all that sort of change and all that. Oh. Just living in the, say, renunciation. Yeah.

I didn’t go to this the. You said taking taking of No. Here. No. Before you take before it’s taking.

When it talking about when there’s compassion, taking the suffering cause. And here, now giving. The main main mistake. Giving. So again, very practical.

I think, give everything. I say, once all three time medicine, the result happens after enlightenment. The operation, body, everything, you know, helping and making themselves invisible. So you become purely independent, but that help them to become pure land for them. All the beauties of perfect enjoyment.

And then from the well, there’s there’s a part. Then, they received everything they needed. Then they of they have caused extra time with the wisdom of them, and liberate from other sufferings cause it won’t do any life. So that’s so giving, we practice doing that. So to like that, to help in hunger, animal, human stress in this world today.

I’m the purpose of my life is free. Number of the causes, being enlightened. If I must teach enlightened, the meditation structure, just the kapha. And that offer extensive benefit to sentient being. The complete extravagant perfect for sentient beings and the, yeah, So mentally transform the offerings, whole through the whole sky, can offer.

Then make sure they perform the offerings here, up to South, Washington. Those are so many so many hundreds of thousands of, like, flowers inside outside of the tree of fruit. There are also offerings. In the room here, there are offerings. Also, of our music.

Yeah. Mhmm. If you have yeah. Mhmm. Even the music are played by others because they make offering.

There’s there’s often nature nature of pure bliss, then over to the this the upper. There’s also the the mindfulness of our. Then this way, we made offering to everyone to to to to all the medical fields. Even every single which exist in all the generations of of the then to to collect more meditative, then again, of course, in the ten ten days ago, damasanga. Yes.

Again. So when you recite the mantra The Yeah. Yes. No. That reminded me.

So we cannot put all the Dharma text glasses, or, you know, even glass, we cannot put on the malas, we cannot put. And if there’s danger, the wind blow away. If there’s danger, the wind blow the dharma text, then that’s a different reason. Then that’s different The so the hearer, the purpose become more important than the negation. So if there’s then you can put, let’s say, something to, you see, to not burn by wind, you see.

That’s different. But that was without any particular purpose like that, danger, that then cannot put yeah. It cannot put not only can’t put materials on top. Even the can’t put on dharma text. So even the statue, we cannot put in the over dharma texts.

Time when we went this is this is after after Lama passed away, master Lama shared the part of all my vision. After Lama passed in the United States, So I brought the relics in the, you know, the born versus the brought to Switzerland and song so the song which was the lama’s guru. Blessed then to didn’t like to dance salah to make offering of business to, you know, to pay. So that time, I went to see some of these with a few people. There was one Italian student called Pierre Perro, he was a monk before.

Maybe that time that time maybe he was a monk. At that time maybe he was a monk. On his table, there was I think there was some I think I’m not sure. Brochure or something. Anyway, I think some, you know, some dharma, I think he texted me.

So the Italian student, he put his stupa. He brought stupa to bless Christ. So he put on that. Christ, you know, took it away. Too bad way from that.

So just to yeah. Just to mention that, by the way, it’s to be treated before. They put a glass on the top of the. So that if if the mistake is not explained, then they will continue to, you know, may not say they may continue in their whole life. Then the negative karma, this is expected to dharma text may then you see, it might happen all the time.

So that this has affect the dharma text, you know, and those then they it obscures the mind. Yeah. It creates obstacle for realization. So like that. So then no question.

In America, last time when I think maybe this year this this year or last year. It’s love. I think maybe last year. When it kept Surya Rinpoche gave teaching in the section of the refuge. So Buddha said, do not pass materials over the Dharma text, you know.

Of course, even the and we said even the hand, but sometimes hand is difficult without going over. Sometimes difficult without hand going over the text. You know? I think the missing I think said also that one. But sometimes it’s difficult to not to not go over.

So to so let me say, do not pass over to to go around, you see. But but I remembered this morning, you know, but then there’s not so much choice without him or her, the text. Anyway, so the when you recite a class of offerings, that that time is here. So you can you can do the blessing of the the mental transform once. You do that.

Then so you press mental transform and actually the f and then actually transformed. Actually, performed mentally performed. And today is, say, actually perform actually perform offerings. So the mental transform, if you if if one can’t do that, then think also the actually performed the offerings. So that’s the offering.

The reason they all have a combined, but, you know, the America goes to two places and then. See that. So there are different places. You are reciting between those places. The one thing you are blessing in both.

But the hearer here, this is not say, this man that does blessing so you you think you are blessing all these offerings like that, if you want to chime in. Many blessings. And then also, that’s another function of the multiline offerings. So each the Buddha the number of Buddha, Dharma, Sangha, each one receives as in the skies of offerings. So, you know, the by the power man, they mobilize.

They receive offerings. So that’s that’s the two main two main two two main functions, but the but the main other benefits within that. So many so many other benefits. But, say, the major the main one is two. So that then then after that, you see, then after that offering, you can do the practical offering, you know, one the one by one, like, we can go through that.

After that, offer one by one. It. It depends on which practice, I think. Then so here, you know, so it does all good with the Amasan, all the tendrils just offer, you know, with the BAM together of a same place. Then after offer all the generational Guru Grudhana sangha, Guru Grudhana sangha, and then offer them to embrace, you know, people.

And then if I say, can put a palm to other than then offer to all the tendinous, not just the mosquitoes, all the excellent guru, Prostate. Also, the. Then after that yeah. Yeah. Then even to elaborate, it’s quite more melody, but to elaborate elaborate, you know, the different country.

All the whole of in India, all the whole in Tibet, all of Nepal, then all the then all that just the world, all the whole of just you know, I can go they they send good option. It’s also also put put them out to the. Yes. Okay. That’s clear?

It’s okay? It’s okay. The ice cream. In the shower. No.

Into noodles. No. That one is the expressing the words of the truth. Expressing words of truth. So it says, due to the truth of the triple gems.

That’s first. Blessings of the Buddha with the sabbath. The second truth. The the power of the having completed two types of merit, merit wisdom, merit virtue. So the third truth.

Then fourth truth is emptiness. You know? The complete pure, the sphere of existence means the emptiness. Emptiness of all the phenomena. Pure here, pure means because they are because understand by, you see, truly existent.

They’re empty of true existence. The older phenomena the nature of the older phenomena, you see, which which is the emptiness. Yep. So sphere is emptiness. And that is all the phenomena of the end is I say, pure.

So not the end of truisms. Okay? Number of. So that’s the that’s the fourth part fourth truth. So do these unconceptual things.

There’s all these unconscionable things. So each each one’s unconscionable. Short part made to be made to say happen as it is, you see. So may may happen as one has visualized. I think that’s may happen as one has visualized.

I think that’s what it is. But but here, it’s elaborated. That’s normally what it says. But here, it’s elaborate, made happen as visual. Here, it’s elaborated.

Elaboratives. In the presence in the in the presence of the so this is the four truths, you see. So that what what will happen is this. In the presence of every every Buddha BuddLhasappa, all the Buddha BuddLhasappa who abiding the ten directions. So what will happen is this.

The heaps of the clouds of heaps of the clouds of offerings which are are trans which are transformed by Buddhist and the and so forth. So that includes also that includes also Sri Gaba, you know. So they didn’t manifest that. They didn’t manifest it. Mhmm.

So they could there’s some of the other offering system in for example, for the mandala offering. That’s it. I don’t remember. Press very. She put them together.

Offerings were there. Offering transformed. Then from those offerings, from each offering, so many offering transformed. Then from those offerings, Some of them transform. Then from those offerings, so many of them commit to those offerings, so many of them transform.

So so the whole sky, the sky was the offerings like that. Something like that. The some of the butter. So, you know, the transformation of offerings. But there’s some of the but there’s some of the there’s extensive offerings.

So that’s what I miss. The heaps of offerings transformed by some of the butter, but the some of butter, so so and so forth. Inconceivable and inconceivable, inexhaustible, Made it happen. Equalling the whole sky. Made it happen.

Equalling the sky. You know? So I guess, miss and limitless. Cover the sky. So that’s the prayer.

So so this the the mental of the cast offering is the previous one. Now this one was called is it expressing the words of truth. So the differences here are usually I mentioned. The with the mantra with the mantra, if you don’t visualize, with the mantra as power, you know, even you offer one light, one instance, you see, one water offering, one flower. But if you chant this mantra, you see, if you chant this mantra, one flower, see, you chant this man mantra, nabalas and buddha buddha even you don’t visualize, nabalas and buddha buddha sabbath, they receive by the power mantra, sky is for offerings, flower, sky is for light offering, skies of water offerings.

That now the next pair, words of the truth. That one, you that one, you need to visualize. For example, the mental transform often, you see, how much you have visualized, you know, hundreds or mean, thousands or billions or how many offering much offering you visualize, you see. So by by reciting the words of truth, then nobody is a Buddha Buddha Sabhas. They receive that many offering as much as you can you’re able to visualize that.

So that’s the difference. You see? So with the second one, while you are a scientist, if you, you know, think the whole sky filled with, you know, with the various offerings like that, then the numbers of the service they actually receive by the power power of this by by this, I say, by this truth. Four, you see, you express the fourth truth. So due to this power, so then due this, then made this happen.

You see? Like, prayer, you see? It you know? It there’s offerings in equaling sky Maybe the ship is here. So so they actually see.

Is it? Not that. So that this that’s the differences. With the second one, you see, then as the manuscript visualize, then not a little bit of a sort of see on that. So one one is reciting the mantra quite often.

Besides what is performed, you see, then we the one visualized, in Nabalus offerings. It. So not not only blessing what is actually performed, but also if you also with the mantra, if you visualize the numbers, certain same data is power to the or the Buddha Buddhist sabhas to actually appear, to actualize to the Buddhism. So the also the man has the power also. So that’s I said the second part of prayer, the experience of the truth, has the power that say, how many often you have visualized the Buddha Buddhismatt actually appear.

But actually, I think the mantra has also similar power to that. So if one has visualized many, then it also has that power, the Buddha Buddhism to receive. Besides blessing and multiplying, you know, the offering. But if you have visualized, at the same time, if you visualize mental transform, and also the Buddha, sabbath can see that. Same is the same is the words of truth.

Same. Mental mental would have same power of that. Okay? This morning, did you did you rejoice with the? Which part?

This. Okay. So now rejoice rejoice all sentient beings. The the power marriage correct from beginning to rebirth, present, future marriage, which are the corrections. The thing from this merit, they will receive so much temper ultimate happiness all the way up to enlightenment.

All the realization, power, liberation, enlightenment. You know? We think how wonderful it is. They’ve collected merits in three times. How wonderful it is.

So feeling happiness in the heart, then thinking with so how how wonderful it is then feeling happiness in the heart. So there’s a rejoicing about this moment. So to repeat this, to do this all over again. May I able to collect the materials for the benefit of system? So conclude like that.

So generally, can you rejoice this practice? You know, when you go prayer straight even one time, you know, rejoice. Then you can do five times rejoice, ten, fifteen times, twenty times, or one mile rejoice. So it depends on the practice. Or you see certain important types where you have very important thing to accomplish a project or whatever.

You don’t need to crack a lot of mail, you know, completion. In those times, even mala of rejoicing each section of rejoicing, mala or mala or two mala, three malasaka, one can do that. But this is the easiest and the correct and most inconsistency, most is merit. So It’s so much praised by this practice, by now everybody must know that, so, requesting to have a stable life, they want to offer a golden throne, double vajra in the front, and the rest of it is known as beautiful jewels. Possible, the nambalist one or something often they throw a fair offer.

Then the question to turn Dharma away, it is saying that liberated bharma, that on this like the Brahma, the Deva Brahma, Because after Buddha became enlightened, think well, then Brahma made a request to turn Dharma wheel. So because of that suspicion is certain when Bijlana Brahma and then offer the Dharma thousand spoke thousand spoke The golden dharmacara really did one, you know, offer. I don’t think the number is, you know, the offer. That’s that’s it. Please bless my mind to become Dharma.

Dharma to become a path, to not obstacle to not rise obstacle to the path. So, this is a request this is requesting the generative realization of the whole the Lamrim the graduated path|Lamrim, the creation of the lord will be able to hide whole part whole part from atom is the content there, the request. That living second. Then it was about family and all this will be having this all that. Now, those give up that after, want to do service without living second.

What in my life say happy, unhappy, unhealthy, unhealthy. Gained lots of rich, same criticism of praise, bad reputation, or die, even born in hell, whatever happens from now on, whatever life experience, for the Braxton Hatterton now, may become most beneficial to those in the limit, which causes those in the limit to achieve Brahma as good as possible from us being enlightened. Finish the one or two lines from this one. So after talking about meeting dharma which is complete and no mistakes, then after that the rare then after that rare to or rare the having the having the inner wisdom able to discriminate able to discriminate. That’s rare.

Even the dharma that you meet is complete and no mistakes, but from the other side you need wisdom to be able to discriminate. Otherwise, cannot have understanding, cannot eliminate the doubt. Then becomes difficult to practice. So I think like that. The next one, rare you see, even you have wisdom able to discriminate but then that doesn’t mean your mind becomes Dharma.

That that doesn’t mean your mind is able to use holy the holy dharma, you see? So rare. So it is rare the mind able to use for dharma, you know, able to use for holy dharma. This was it. Yeah.

First mention that. The next then having a friend, having a supporter and having a friend. Having a friend and a supporter is seeking liberation. Having as a friend capable of being seeking liberation is rare. Next one.

Condition, so it is rare the condition or the means of living, to receive it according to dharma. It is rare to receive the condition of means of means we’re living the material needs, you see, according to the dharma. Means, what it’s saying here is that, you see, there’s five wrong livelihood. See, things are received by cheating sentient beings, by cunning sentient beings, cheating, receiving see, turning light, you see, by harming the sentient beings, killing and so forth. I don’t remember behaving towards the people as one is pure.

As I’m pure, as one is pure, but not pure. As I realized being more as pure, being pure morality, etc, while one is not. With the motivation to get something from others, to get material needs or things, you see, sport material needs. But, you see, but of course, it’s not motivation is not to benefit benefit others and they will not like that. Not dharma thought, but it’s, know, for one’s own happiness.

This happiness. To achieve this happiness, then you say nice things to others to get to get things. What you call it? Kasa. So, oh, last yet, last time you gave me such a you gave me this, you know, became a hot noodle soup, you know, last time.

So so it was so good, you know, so delicious. That chocolate drink was so delicious or something. And then but but your motivation is to get again from that person, you know, but it’s nothing. It’s all to do with the to achieve happiness with the world of mind, see. Then you so those are so there are five wrong livelihoods Then, the food and so forth, the materiality they use.

So, if they have wrong livelihood, then you see pollution. It becomes an obstacle to develop the mind path to enlightenment. If it’s wrong livelihood, you know? So, then the same. Yeah, so to receive the It’s rare to receive the condition means living the material needs you see according to Dharma.

It means that. So, So, it means you have these things. You have received the conditional means of living, which needs a condharma, which is right to receive, but you receive. What means all those previous red, red, red means what is saying is all this you have now this time. One should understand like that.

So the next one says, such this time gather so many rare things. Then if you don’t give up the thought and actions of this life and achieve the path of higher liberty and definite goodness. Definite goodness means liberation and enlightenment. If you don’t achieve that, then there is no greater loss than that. No great loss than that in the life.

If you don’t achieve the path of higher and definite goodness, which means liberation for some time and enlightenment. So, there’s a great loss in the life than that. So, now, without being without without being in being what now without being under the control of destruction. So that means that means under the control of delusions, the attachment, she can happen in this life. See, you want to want to so many things, for this life, all those things attachment.

Things like that. You never finish, never ending. This and that, this and that, or not, so never ending. In order to accomplish the benefits for the mother of the transomigrette’s willingness, who has been kind to me. Who took care with kindness?

Who took care of kindness with kindness again and again. I must complete the profound path. I must complete the practice of the profound path. So, please, Guru, bless me. Treat you like that.

Treat you with that meaning. So that yeah. We’ll stop there. Now the next one is thought of definite thought of definite death. Reflecting reflecting that death that is definitely gonna happen.

The the death is definite. Okay? This body, this perfect body, which is extremely difficult to find again, it was found that it has extremely great meaning. So, This one is natural impermanence, quickly get perished. Just like the water dropped on the branches the branches on the tip the tip of the leaves of the grass.

On the tip of the leaves of the grass. Or the the chip of the on the chip of the branches of the grass could be out of the like the water dew. It means that water do will be dropped anytime whichever tube the leaf of the glass or the branch of the glass, whichever tube can be dropped anytime. Drop down. She perished in time.

This perfect image of birth was a similar development. Again, if it’s found, it has great meaning. This is natural impermanence. It can coolly perish So it can happen anytime. So it has that meaning.

The example has that meaning. Because we can’t say the drop So this dew can be dropped anytime. So, when you meditate, you see, this life can be stopped anytime. This water dew can be dropped anytime, can be finished anytime, perish anytime. So then, this life can be stored anytime, anytime, any moment, in moment, in any second.

So this is how you meditate. Oh, energy impermanence. Yes. In this realm, there is subtle existence, the trigeminalism, the the endless cycling systems. In this realm, the Trilium, the endless cyclic existence.

So So, this could be the endless cyclic existence. This could be beginnerism, which is not beginning, beginnerism. Beginnerism, the cycle exists in which is no end. Cycle exists in which is no end. So that has two meanings.

One is the end of the beginning. So, here is the beginningless. There is one way to understand the endless cycling situation. That’s one way to understand. The other is very difficult to to see when your saṃsāra will be ended.

Very difficult to see. The limit is very difficult to see. So, it is not saying that you can never be liberated from saṃsāra. You can never be liberated from saṃsāra. There’s no end.

It’s not saying that. Because general things even though the saṃsāra has no end, no beginning, but there’s an end. Generally saying there’s an end because if you practice Dharma, there’s an end. If you practice Dharma, if you exercise the fundamental truth, then there’s an end to your saṃsāra. But, of course, if you don’t practice the fundamental truth, if you don’t exercise, then saṃsāra has no end.

If you don’t practice, if you don’t exercise the Fundamental Truth, then your saṃsāra has no end. So, it’s difficult to see when we feel that saṃsāra develops to the end. I don’t think it means that there’s no end at all. So, in this realm, the true realm, the endless cycling situation, whichever body you want to take, the happy transomagglipin or the self transomagglipin whichever body you want take. At the end is not beyond death.

At the end is not beyond death, which means at the end have died. Whichever body lower whether you born in the lower realms, whether you born in happy microbeer, whichever body want to take, have to die.
