About this talk. In this 3.5-hour teaching, Lama Zopa Rinpoche weaves organizational context with doctrinal instruction and practical guidance on compassionate service. He opens by celebrating the scope of his organization’s work—food offerings to monasteries housing thousands of monks, support for education and debate training, retreat centers across continents—and emphasizes the extraordinary merit of enabling others to hear Dharma. Through vivid examples (a frog that turned to watch him during animal liberation; a pigeon reborn as the scholar Vasubandhu, who wrote commentaries after hearing teachings), he explains how even brief Dharma exposure plants indestructible seeds of enlightenment. The talk then shifts to practical instruction: daily practice begins with meditation on the boundless kindness of all sentient beings, extending that awareness through mindfulness into work, home, and street. Compassion-rooted service—arising from the heart rather than politeness or effort—becomes the foundation for genuine transformation. Aimed at practitioners engaged in community and organizational service.

So this would Oh, before talking, compassionate service. But how to find compassion? How to find compassion. Look what can I find? Sorry.

I can say something. Just before just before the congressional service or or angry service. So So I’ve been talking. The general general the what our organization do or benefit for the teaching of the Buddha and sentient beings of service to Buddhas and BuddLhasapas. The guru Buddha, BuddLhasapas.

So So here, I would like to put this way. So we should rejoice, feel great happiness that as I mentioned also yesterday, that we offer to able to offer the organization in the recent years, able to offer service many times to as soon as let’s say, embarking and see the the or conditions request teaching with clean condition to as soon as to give teaching to many thousands of people, initiation and so forth in in in the east, in India, as well as in different parts of west. So that that we are able to do that many times. And so we should feel we should rejoice, feel great happiness that that we’re able to this able to to do this many times. And then also, I emphasize yesterday that we should plan in the future.

That’s the most important activity to benefit of a sentient beings. It was extensive way in very short time. Very deep and, you know, very expensive way to benefit to spread lama. And and then next one, we should rejoice all those services we are able to offer to Sanghas. Mhmm.

The organization. Organization. So for example, offering food to Seraci monastery nearly three thousand three thousand a month that we have been offering food. How many is good? Hello.

Customer. Maybe it started gradually. First, we offer money for one meal lunch. We offer our money. Then then gradually, see, not that we have to offer lunch.

After that, we will start to offer dinner and also breakfast. So it’s gradually build up. I think I I don’t remember. The almost quite full year, but almost except few months. So we offer breakfast.

Need a three thousand months. So this say, many may know, many may not know. However, so we should feel we should rejoice, feel happiness that we are able to offer there. And also, we offer money to the salary to the teachers, ten teachers in Monastery, ten teachers in and then the the main teachers, key teachers who educate many many young moms. So that’s the and then say, Also, check the ten digits each.

Then leaving Rosselle and Gomang, each one has ten ten digits. They also will offer salary every month. The salary for the all the ex efforts and and the present efforts. So all those yeah. Including and then the who is the original Ramadan Khabar, and now there’s ex Kadentibar.

Then also the before that, the two high lamas, so offer them. So salary, let’s say, offering. So like that, it is it has been, I think, how many years ago? About three years, I think. Also, that has been three years ago.

So that and then there are many other services offered in the within the monasteries that are shared come various contents building they’re building their temple, That is concerns. And then also, they’re helping for their special study, very quick way to develop their talents of debating. The study of the logistic pan Panavatika. So the monks from Saracatta, they went together and they do a very intensive debate. It’s a very quick way to develop the wisdom, you see, of debating and the logician.

So that which helps to, you see, all other scriptures, you know, the five major scripts which help a lot of to come to know the reasons and to explain the way to understand. So so also provide the expenses traveling and this whole during the staying there. If they sometimes they do have seller, sometimes the settlement, they’ll go to Mongol. So you see, so not wholesale, but sorry, so all those expenses. And so there are few countries that we’re able to contribute to build the most of the funds like that, see.

So those so those to feel to rejoice, to feel happiness that we are able to do. So then if you rejoice, what and all those extensive merit, they already be corrected, increase become double. So so generally, more merit more more merit means more cause for happiness, more cause for success. But they yeah. So as far as the realization is easier, easier to overcome.

When you have more merit, you overcome easier to overcome obstacles and to have a realization easier and to receive liberation enlightenment easier and to be able to enlighten other sentient beings quicker and easier. So that that is the very, say, ultimate opt our objective. So and then within also, monks who memorize many hundreds of many hundreds or thousands of pages text. There is a heart. Although the text or commentaries, there are so many monks who are whoever memorized.

So then offering them a special present to see all those who have passed the examination. So this sets of jobs and I think there’s So there are things to offer every year for months. So so just just going through this, just what I think what I can remember, you know, so that we can rejoice and we can see what organization is there or what, you know, say, how much service we offer to the let’s say, to others. So here, particularly, we’re talking about, you know, that Then Mongolia is here. I mentioned this thing.

It’s supposed to of service Sankar that then also in Tibet, they are in Kadampa Geshes, the area of Pembroke, where Kadampa Geshes in a different monasteries were treated. So later, most of them become nunnery. So the nuns, they’re extremely poor, so poor. Like, Sorry. So one of the poorest one of the put over the nunnery so poor.

I I I arrived at nighttime. So when I when we arrived nighttime, it become night. In Anyway, with me, it become night. Usually, in the so well, I’m traveling. So anyway so when we arrived there, was that nobody comes by car at nighttime nighttime there.

So when we came, I think nobody show up. Nobody came out. It was quiet. So so then at some time, one man came out very very, you know, looks like I saw a distance, but it looks like very frightened, very quiet. So that’s what Chinese came.

You know? The what about to check? So they so the other one so what they did is quickly, they took this one’s portal from the temple height. And and then we we went inside and overcaughtered the altars and met Pierre. Yep.

We sat down. Then they brought the patient’s portal, put them from, you see. Then we sat down, then we talked to him. So, anyway, so that time So we offer some funds to to do eight million or something like that. So before, there was one who I mean, that one could maybe I got mixed.

I’m not sure. One yeah. The the one from sales from my guiding team. So this case found a sponsor, you know, for all the illness, but then they passed away. He passed away.

So one of the nuns trying to sponsor for a little bit better condition. So but they could not do the she could not sponsor the whole thing. So I think one lady from Australia promised to raise fund for for them to do all the newness. Mhmm. Mhmm.

However, this year, put our nunnery and I think three nunneries, I think. Sponsored to to them to them to recite one hundred million of money premium home. Also, to help for the means of living, the the fund to help also for the means of living. And from this side, to do one hundred million on one payment. So this is to continue every year as much as possible.

Since they did extremely well, they organized and they did extremely well. They did at the end. So I I received a a call from. The person said who gives message to them. So that’s so the particular there’s not available for me to to to to help them.

So within the monitor, there’s so many other things that we do for the education in different ways for that. So to rejoice with the service and what we did in the path, the Sangha, then So we we had a choice that The preserving Dharma, spreading Dharma. So able to establish the already already finished the the mass the mass the seven or eight year, this program, master program, except what’s left what’s left now is the retreat. Mhmm. Of course, all the study is done.

It’s already finished. Mhmm. So going to start going to start next the mass program. And also several several centers that we are able to establish the five year basic program. There are many tests which are not in the basic program including and few other tests with the time frame so for the Few other text which are not in the master program.

So so so therefore, the Amazon Hubbard, Amazon Hubbard Center, people who complete the master program, they want to attain enlightenment five year program, want to study those texts. So that we’re able to establish this at few centers who should advise by preserved dharma, spread dharma. Able to offer extensive clear deep knowledge of dharma to sentient beings about how to relation enlightenment. Then Even just by establishing center, the group people working together and the facilities, there’s something that comes from the center. Just by hearing the teaching, even they didn’t understand the meaning.

Just by hearing, you see, causes immediate thing is good regard. Next slide. Able to receive, you see, precious human body. Next slide. For example, there happened a story that there were three monks.

They were reciting prayer. You see, they were reciting text. So there was one dog. They had one dog. So this dog, which they hear the they hear the text of what these monks have been reciting.

But the dog died and then next the next slide, the dog was able to born in the. So that the dog didn’t understand the meaning of the teachings, but just haven’t heard the monks reciting. You see, even just by hearing, it benefited Gurupad. So it just able to hear teaching has that benefit that that as many as many of you heard the story that And the patient who is on the on this roof of the so heard every day the Avatamagosha that Vasu Bendu recited. So one day, the patient died.

So was going to check with this care of ones. So where this patient is reincarnated. So he saw way down in the valley, the patient was reincarnated as a human being to one family. So so he went down there, and then he asked the family whether I can have a child. The family gave offered a child to him, and then the child became monk.

And he was called Robin Rutten. And then wrote four commentaries. He wrote four commentaries on the teaching that he heard when he was a pigeon. You see? So become expert.

The the next slide is you by him, they’re teaching become expert in that. So you can see the differences. Like before, bird just heard just heard those words. We say, but next time, born human being, that’s one thing, one great advantage and benefit, you see, then become expert. So easy to understand, to learn.

I wrote for commentaries. So that’s so you see, at the center, the people come, send them this come, they listen teaching, even they didn’t understand, like, philosophical teachings, something like that. Even they didn’t understand, but they got incredible benefit, unbelievable benefit. You see? So good to the bird, next slide, and to meet Dharma again, not just one life, many lifetimes because karma is expandable.

So the sea, not only you explain the result one time, but you explain the result many hundreds thousand lifetimes. So that means we see in in the next slide, then you see so easy to learn, so easy to understand and and the similar, you see, able to practice, able to realizations about how to liberation and enlightenment. So like this, I didn’t able to seize the developments grow subtle, able to achieve not only liberation, able to achieve full enlightenment. So it’s so you see, coming to the center people coming to the center, you know, here, the even few hours, they her teachings. You see, a lump sum or whatever teaching.

You see? So it so it has say, even they didn’t understand. It definitely it has all this, you know, a plant seed of the whole path to enlightenment. So next life’s much easier, and definitely it brings to enlightenment. Every single word of Dharma they hear at the center, it definitely brings them to enlightenment.

So we should rejoice that. So even even just even just by hearing teaching, incredible benefit is preparation is done on the medical team of the the people who can present. That So that by hearing by hearing teachings of the three principal aspects of by hitting teachings. So much of the teachings on bodhicitta or much of the teachings regards, you see, the entities, the right view. Much of the teachings on the renunciation, saṃsāra, you see.

So definitely, even they don’t get realization of three pairs apart in that light, but by by by hearing, by reflecting, by doing some meditation in that light, definitely, it will cause to say near future to receive realization, renounce your saṃsāra. And you see that definitely causes to achieve liberation from Samsāra. And they’re similar similar, you see, even they don’t realize the emptiness in their life. But by, you see, listening and reflecting mentioned on that, near future, sooner or later, definitely able to exercise, able to develop that wisdom, seize the developments, and the ability to liberate enlightenment. So same with bodhicitta.

So so definitely, they get see, the from the from from the center, the center means get extensive benefits. You see, we are offering the benefits. For example, how much benefit that sentient being received from from the center that that we offer. When they hear you you can hear? Can you you can hear?

You can hear down? Ah, okay. So when when they hear teachings on on the entities when they hear teachings on the entities, they how much merit the fact is the collect the merit, sir. That they that they have practiced the paramita of morality, charity, patience, perseverance, concentration for ten eons. It’s all we see that they have practiced just by hearing the teachings on on entities at the center by sending them to see how much the magnet the flight is.

Like like the see. More than more than ten I see. For ten eons, our practice, morality, patience, charity, morality, patience, perseverance, concentration for ten units. For ten units, they played more merit. But just by hitting teaching on the enemies at the center, they created more merit than for ten units.

They practiced all those five five parameters. So so when those so the people by coming to the center learning to teach learning about emptiness, you see. And when they when they teach others when they teach others how much merit they collect, more than more than ten eons, they listen to teachings on the. You know? How much America they collect is that more than ten eons, they listen to teachings on emptiness.

Remember the how much America collect? Just listen to teachings on emptiness? More than, say, ten years, you know, practice charity, morality, patience, perseverance, concentration. See? So now here, when the people that come into the center when they teach English to others, so how much it may reflect of, I say, far more greater than ten eons having listened teachings on endings.

For now, when they maintain their own endings, just for even for one second even just for one second, how much merit you collect is, you see, far more greater than ten years giving teachings on emptiness to other sentient beings? Good? Okay. So, anyway, so just giving a giving a I think an example how extensive benefits we’re offering I see the biostudy center. I see.

You are still working working with the group. You see, making the say, arranging their facilities. You see, the people to stay in the Dumba, all these things. You see? And teacher translate all these, you know, whatever they all the facilities, whatever they need to see.

So once I’m joining with the group, you see, at the center so how much even just here, you see, listen to teachings on empty space and then then give himself later to the others. Then then for one second how much benefit they get, how much merit they collect. So just an idea, you see. That’s what I spent. Sūtra.

I don’t remember the name of the Sūtra. The one Sūtra spent. I don’t remember now the name of the So anyway, so like that. And I think each time when they hear teaching on emptiness, when they discuss, you see when they mentor the emptiness. The especially the prasangita school view.

So each time, give positive imprint on the mind. Become closer and closer. You see, more more positive imprint. Say, oh, the right view is left the school view. You see, what realized, what realized, what about realized, you see.

So each see, each time when they come to the center or by coming to the by learning teaching of the MDS at the center. So each time when they say when they talk, when they meditate, when they listen. So you see, it leaves positive imprint on the on the mind. So definitely, this time brings closer, you see, to cut the root of saṃsāra all the cause of the sufferings, delusion, karma. You see?

Each time they run closer to completely eradicate, remove include the seed of delusion and to exhibit total liberation. So you see, we’re offering very deep benefits to the same things. That’s that’s that’s similar. That this last one what I’ve mentioned, that’s similar. You see, Vorticita and other.

See, both of the realizations similar, you see. Bring us closer and closer to the to the actual realization, you know, to achieve enlightenment. And they learn about bodhicitta, Bhaktamatha center. And each time every time they come to know Bodhijita. They part of Bodhijita at the center from the center.

So every time when they even they don’t have actual realization Bodhijita, even just on artificial, the Even just thinking even just thinking in the words of the bodhicitta, see, even there’s natural feeling, but just even imitating the words, you know, see, going over the seven techniques, minor cause and effect, or the equalizing exchange of ones for others. However, thinking, may I achieve enlightenment for the benefit of sentient beings, it leaves it’ll plant positive imprint to have realization bodhicitta. So, however, each time when they generate motivation bodhicitta, they collect limit of scarcity merit. They collect remilitic skies remitted every time. In one day, how many times they recite the bodhicitta?

In one day, how many times they generate motivation the Cheetah. You see, they learn this before they begin before they meditate, before they do any activity generating motivation bodhicitta, they learn this from the center, by coming to the center. See, that we are that we are that we are organized. You see? So so every time, one day, that person every day every I say, every time when that person generate a motivation, but did you not collect limitless cash in merit so that so all this so all this, we should remember and how extensive, you know, benefit you will offer for symptoms.

You see? Then I wouldn’t go over the detailed benefits of those all those all those numbers of benefits of prostrations, the making light offerings or various offerings or the second place. However, all those practices that so whatever offering coming about coming to the center, whatever offering they do they do, water offering, light offering, incense offering, flower offering, whatever food offering, whatever offering they they offer, each offering has ten benefits. The last one the last two is a liberation from and other one is enlightenment full enlightenment. So whatever offer one offer to the holy object, It has this has this ultimate benefits.

They often said they said there are different benefits but basic same. The the ultimate benefit is the it causes to achieve liberation from saṃsāra and full enlightened. So you see, so that from from that one that one good karma, one time make an offering to a statue of Buddha or scripture or stupa, but come in the center. You see, that I mentioned already a step that that person, you see, can enjoy the result happiness. Revert we revert, you see, hundred thousands of lifetimes.

And you see and the many other happiness, so many other happiness, hundred thousands of lifetimes, whose calm is expandable. Not that you’ve experienced the result. A one time definition not like that. So there so there’s a you see, what they do at center or by learning at the center, you think about karma, you see the the the importance of creating good karma and all the benefits of all these, say, these practices. So what did they do?

So by learning at the center, then they do at home. Or wherever they are wherever they are, you see, in different part of the world, they are they’re able to collect so much merit in everyday life whenever they do the practices. They they whenever they do this practice. So all this, what this is what we are offering, you see, excess benefit we are offering to a sender. You see, they’re receiving, we are offering, so we should, rejoice.

And even As I often mentioned, each time, by coming to the center, then they recite mantra. They learn mantra. Each time when they decide on mani mantra, you see, they collect a limitless gas mileage and unbelievable obscuration, they become as purified. Coming to the center, they learn about practice of purification, Bhagavad, thirty five Buddha. So they each time when they do practice, when they recite mantra, purify so many lifetime, so many years in the karma.

For example, they reciting tatifa buddhas, they come to learn about practice of purification, the thirty five Buddha. So so each time by reciting just one time by reciting just one time the names of the Tattifuga Buddha, just one time. As as many of you have heard or have read the benefits of reciting the tetra bulb doesn’t end. If you recite one time, it purifies many eons of the karma. Some are too young in the karma, the much of it is the six, seven eons only karma get purified.

And by reciting this by reciting the one one Buddha’s name, it purifies one hundred thousand by reciting their name one time, it purifies one hundred thousand. You see, the the other side, these names just one time. So some see, they purify so many different kamas, but not just not the one with kama. You see, not just the one live kama, but many not just many lifetime that come out, but many eons of that come out get purified. So as often said, sample somebody has has a for example, you see, when somebody healed let if one if one is cancer, somebody healer, somebody heal your cancer completely without any operation or just I mean, whatever.

Anyway, heal heal completely. You see, how how you feel that? That’s incredible. There’s a miracle. There’s a miracle.

You see that we think that person get that person gave life to me. Rest of the life, that person gave me. We appreciate that person so much. You see, we kind of unexpressible. Listen.

We we got this miracle. Is somebody able to heal your cancer completely or AIDS and able to have long life? So now that’s nothing. That’s nothing. We is we think this is some miracle, but we don’t feel that.

You see? When you when you when you decide that name. Here, when we decide when we decide that group of this name, see, the less negative karmas collected collected for so many get purified. So you see, what it does is So the cancer came from negative karma. So we here, when we are we are purifying the cause of we are purifying the cause.

You see, all those which brings cancer is just one cancer is just one small part, but all all other suffering result. You see? So when we are the Satyatra Buddha, we say we purify various in the karma collected various in the karma. So that so that means that means is all those all not just cancer. All those all those very sudden result from one.

You see, you don’t you don’t need to experience for or you don’t need to experience for many lifetimes. You are free. You know, you are free from cancer many lifetime. You are free from AIDS, so many hundred thousand lifetimes. So like that, sicknesses.

So not only things, many other you see problems, sufferings. So you’re free from see, by purifying the those different karmas, you’re free from all the various of the various sufferings. You see, you you don’t have experience for many lifetime. So you have so much peace and happiness, success in so many lifetimes, you see, hundred thousands lifetimes. But even the one time, just one time.

So so here so here, it’s talking about purifying many so not you see, even we purify, even we so the for example, they say, need time out killing, or sexual misconduct, or ten lie. The complete the complete need karma complete need karma one complete need karma has four suffering results. So right rapid as per result, the birth of Lord Elam, then three other sufferings who experience human delim. During other good karma, we get born reborn as human being, then we experience three other samsaric result. The process result to do the place, environment, and then creating results the experience and result similar to cause.

However, the how we treated others past and we see we received harm like that at that time. Then creating results with the cause, the the repeating action again in their life. So again, that action that action that is it that complete that complete karma, is it which has a base, the object, thought, action, goal, this whole thing is complete. Again, it predisposed another false result. So that one of the result of that is the creating results in the cause.

So complete the action of that, again, produce for another false self result. So like this. So you see, endless suffering. So if you think like this, if you don’t do anything, if you don’t practice any purification, that one will come out today, the or killing, whatever. You see, if you don’t do anything, you don’t purify if you don’t purify that, you see, this is what it happens.

You don’t purify, you don’t abstain from it, you don’t do it again. So then the that nid karma, the suffering result become endless. So therefore, this one nid karma that is created today, if you’re able to purify that, it’s just it’s in the if you’re able to purify that, and ever stop, experience all those ongoing suffering result, life to life. Can’t imagine that. That’s unbelievable.

It’s a miracle. So there’s somebody healing cancer is nothing. That is nothing. He’ll heal AIDS, nothing. You see?

So this is amazing. So by doing by doing practice at one time, it has it can purify the the five and the intellect karma, kill father mother Buddha, cause kill. So one time, type of Buddha practice is done well. One time, but it’s done well. It has power to purify all because I asked live story doesn’t talk about you see, it talks of.

They are doing many hundred thousand of. Many hundred thousand of prostration received by the Sankhatrapapada. They’re conveys in downfall. So the reason which is the answer is that why? Because by doing what the practice at one time, well, then you can purify even even the for the for the.

So therefore, you see now here, you’re talking about many eons, many not just many days, years, many lifetime. Many eons of the become get purified. So you see, can imagine that, the different economies. So it will stop all those ongoing suffering result. You see?

So that’s unbelievable. So just that just that able to offer this practice, you know, to sentient beings to to educate, to introduce. So that’s just the result. It’s a unimaginable sort of that. So so therefore, you see anyway, so since we since we start the center and since we start how many years ago, what what is it, you know, even one year ago or many years ago.

However, how many center how many people can to center to to hear Dharma, to to to hear Dharma, to meditate, to practice, to retreat. You see? So now with this few example idea, incredibly benefit what they receive is the to the choice. Example, gave. So you see, even such with this so you see, we can really appreciate.

You see, can really appreciate what you receive, what the service the all the hardships that that one has been beating. You see, all those many many years of hard work service, bringing all the bringing all the problems, all the hardships. You see, other people criticizing and, you know, what complaining, say, all these anyway. So you can say, whatever difficulties difficulties we experienced, we have gone through a beard. You see, you can see the result benefit.

What you offer or what so many sentient beings they received. So that so I’m sure there’s so much way. I mean, you know, each time the prayer is a. Each time when you each time at the center or at their own house, by learning Dharma at the center, then wherever they are in different parts of the world, they start prayer. Just one time reading, went through prayer, they planted seed of the whole path to enlightenment.

You see, met they they met their mind they met their mind closer to enlightenment. Each time they recite the Lamrim prayer. Each time they meditate on Lamrim. Each time they recite even the Lamrim prayer is a direct they do direct mentation by reciting Lamrim prayer. Their mind being closer to enlightenment.

Closer to enlighten all sentient beings. So So, yeah, I’m just mentioning. Mainly, you see. See. To examples, you know, to to rejoice how much benefit they receive we offer.

And, however, basic thing, they send them is back coming to the center. You see, essence what they hear is it. You see, to not harm to not harm other a karma to to not harm other sentient beings. And you see, then there’s it has consequence, you see. Then you experience this the result of that which is suffering.

And you see, the smell of Say, if you create good karma, then it has a consequence to see result happiness you experience by benefiting others. You see, then say, it is consequence, you know, that you receive all the happiness, your wishes get fulfilled by benefiting others. So that have a hearing about karma, about bodhicitta. So even that as I as I often mentioned that That person when that person that one person by coming to the center, hear about compassion to, know, to say, to hear about compassion to compassion to send their beings. So however, so that so that person, by personal compassion, the person stops giving harm to others.

So that is self peace and happiness what others receiving from that person. So that pleasing happiness, the number of symptoms is family, the ones on companion, the family, and the count people in the country and the sentient beings in this world and all the sentient beings, they don’t receive harm from this person by practicing compassion. So all this peace and happiness, what the what the number is at the receiving from this person, it’s come from the center. You see you see all that all that came from the center. You know, receiving peace and happiness even just by stopping, giving harm to number of the center means they they receiving peace and happiness from that person.

This account is a benefit of the center. And then on top of that, by developing compassion, then another center means it is not only on the top of not receiving harm, but it’s a benefit. You see, there’s the the person engaged person engaged in the additional benefit, not only to stop harm, but benefit, you see, to send in being. So the number of symptoms is they receive additional benefit. You see, however, feel like temporary happiness.

You see ultimate happiness. I feel like this. They receive from that person as the right person develop a compassion, and you see, develop mind and path due to compassion. So all the all that benefit come is benefit the center. You see, temple center, you see.

So it’s good to think very extensive way like that. And also and also that person by learning karma come to the center here one day teaching, two day weekend teaching, learn about karma. She the what is good karma that which is to be practiced, what is need karma that which is to be which is humble to oneself to others, which is to be abandoned. So so since from since from since from that time, the person, you see, changed mind. Before the person doesn’t care statement of ants, worms, and the person see in the road in the house.

They kill flies in the house, you see. So now, by coming to the center, listening to teaching one or two days, then from say about that time, the person says stop killing. At least even then to other prayers and mantras in the day life, but at the at least the person I know this is the karma. It’s humble to humble to me and to other beings. See, at least that person stop killing, stop fishing.

So that so that is a that that is a incredible gift by the center. You see, by the organization, the you see. So that so that’s giving unbelievable peace and happiness to the person, you know, by struggling all that with karma. You see? By giving education, that person stop all those with karma.

You see? Otherwise, if the person didn’t come didn’t meet Dharma, so if the if the organization didn’t set up center, is it by gathering by setting up center, teachings and teaching and everything she autophasily, Then that person cannot make Dharma. No option to come to center. No option to listen teachings. No option to receive education.

Then that person will see a whole life. How many killings will happen? How many times how many, say, will be suffered? And they see worms and flies. However, all those worms that put hook to the body.

I heard I heard these worms, you know, these these worms, I heard the hook go through, then come out, then all of them go. And so I bet you can see it. So how many worms even they suffer? And other than, you see, besides the fish. So you see, how many insects the other being this person is one person kills?

So many. So it’s enough. By coming to the center even we listen to teaching one day or two day, that person stop killing. At least doesn’t do it. Even doesn’t do prayers, sadhanas, all these things, but at least you should stop killing.

That’s that’s unbelievable benefit to a symptom. That one person is stop killing so many symptom means they have long life. They don’t risk the harm. So so they say, I heard that question from monk, He explained me how the how this worms, you know, this this I think this size of worm. I think quite this size quite long like this.

Let’s see. He told me how they are cooked when they put through. I just let them die. So so in the each week, we buy one hundred dollar worth at Washington. I I rented this, buy from a supermarket.

It’s it’s half hour. It’s half hour from the house to the home market. It’s half hour drive. So I went so many times to buy water bowls to buy water bowls, the Christmas lights, you know. Each time, they have different they’re very beautiful ones, but but they don’t have all the time.

You know? So they finish one time. So anyway anyway, so buy birds birds food and bird house and, you know, So so we bought everything. He he introduced me to worms where the worms kept. In one container, you see, you know, in one container, there are fifty worm fifty worms.

So so bought everything. So so what happened was the fishermen came. There was no worms there. So the the the the the fishermen who often comes to get upset. So next time when things went to buy Densi went to buy, the said little bit serious, but maybe half joke, half serious.

But the said, oh, we will send we will send the fishermen to you to you know, they get they get upset. They get upset, the fishermen. So then I think what we did is that he buy certain, then we ask the the in the town, then then John John Jackson, who was the ex director of. He’s like a monk. And so he be a monk.

He meant to be alive in to stay in peace and do on meditation, but then I gave him a job to build a stupa or the thing in our house. So they they go to town to guide mentation to give teachings. The three places around the area. Yeah. So then then they ask other students to buy worms.

You know, other people come to you know? So anyway but also, I gave Minasatas one of the groups, you know, the house so that they can do the second place, carry the worms around to see. Purify then they come and see bring it to a lot of the what the Shokubak had a talk with the Dentsim asked why you’re buying so Dentsim explained. It’s to liberate him or something. I don’t know what he said.

So then the Shukaba said, oh, it’s good if you are believing this is good after explanation. Then what happened was the next time next time, the sugar bottle, you can buy as much as you want. So the I think it changed mind. Anyway, so so what we so in the house, there’s all the rest rest of the relics, extra relics of Buddha, you know, those great Buddhist. The extra relics.

So some of the I have. So then there are many in around so so those each one is fifty or something. So so so that’s many. So I carry on the back, you know, like rucksack, you know, like this. And then then a period of time goes around.

Then also take them down to few times or more. Then put outside. Then there’s a blessed water, charge with the power of mantras, then pour on them. There was a question last night, see. So I want to mention here.

Generally, you see, by, you know, by liberating the animal who who are going to be killed, you buy and liberate, who live on the earth, put on earth, who live in the water, By causing longer life, it does have benefit to the person who to the person who has a life obstacle or cancer or something cause long life. And to heal the cancer, they have long life. It it does have that benefit. Because because I myself, by giving meditation practices, there are definitely about six or seven people whose cancer definitely recovered that I remember completely healed. One that that that the ones that I can remember, there might be more others that I didn’t say recollect.

So those in in those in those, you see, isn’t isn’t in those not just chanting mantra. It involves always liberating animals. You see, anybody with cancer, it has always this practice. So even the very first person, you see, liberated many thousands of worms, and that’s the easiest one, very cheap, and you liberate you put it around your house, they go into the ground. So anyway, and and chickens and put put farm, you see.

So anyway, what so like this. So so the worms, so we dig outside, you know, dig, you know, then put the worms in, put water, another. The next then next the next part of next day is here, which the older worms, then dig another place, then we see, put a cover earth in the water put water pure the blast water. So that so yeah. Anyway, what you put them out of it by putting them back in the water and the all those who live forest to put in the forest.

Anyway, they’re always enemy. They have always enemy attacking them. Wherever they are. They they they karma. You see?

Until until they exercise path, remove the delusion of karma and free from saṃsāra. Until that happens, there’s nothing you can do. It’s the karma. You know, the one eaten one is eaten by date. I say, there’s always enemy, you see, the the especially animals.

Wherever there there was an enemy. There’s a karma. So anyway, so here what we do is by taking them I’m not going to go into details. Just taking them around the holy objects you see, statues, scriptures at the same level, not high nor lower. Taking them around, each time when you take them around, you’re giving enlightenment to them.

You’re giving a guru bud, next life, you know, many hundred times of guru bud and liberation from saṃsāra, enlightenment. You’re giving to them. Giving to them is you correct you cause them quite good karma. You see, that causes them to say to to Guru birth to ex wife to ex to wife and then gradually see the development, achieve liberation life. So that that’s the most beneficial thing.

That that’s the best best that’s the best thing to do. Any otherwise, anyway, they say wherever you put it, there there’s always enemy They will eat in any time of the dive, see. So here, if you are giving them, say, not only temporary benefit, ultimate benefit. Then on top of that, you bless water with all these powerful mantras, the five powerful mantras, all this. Or you see, if you’re doing your commitment, your own commitment, your commitment, daily commitment.

So while you’re doing that, you took opportunity to bless the water. You keep the water, then you see additional benefit is that. So then you pour water on ding. If the birds sprinkle ding, if the, you know, water and when you pour the water. So the second second method is pure fasting, it come up for the cause of the birth.

The third the third way to benefit dim, you see, is certain if you chant mantra, the frogs, birds, those many of those animals, they can hear. They they can hear when you turn mantra. I don’t know every single word they can hear. Not that I’m not sure. But the frogs and birds, they because in Singapore and the Malaysia, since they often do, say, the liberation.

So I remember that reciting mantra, all the frogs, all these frogs, you know, they look at you, you know, all these frogs with the with the surround eyes. They look at you. Everybody look at you. Everyone. It’s very interesting.

And the birds, before they were before they were very busy making noise, but the minute when you recite Chandu Mantra, everybody’s so quiet in there. If they they look at you in there, everybody is so quiet. So anyway, the one of the one of the very first time, I think maybe this Hong Kong Hong Kong or Singapore. I’m not sure I remember. I got mixed up.

So there were quite a number of frogs with boat and turtles and snakes. Maybe Singapore, I think. Anyway, there were snakes. There were snakes. So anyway, the frog so we lifted the frog and put the frog on the water.

So the frog, instead of running away, instead of running away, the frog turned back turned back and looking at me. And then you see, I then I I walked at the shore of the water, so the frog followed. And it’s in water, not in the land, but followed up few steps, you see. I think I think they feel I think they feel that you they feel that they feel that they’re receiving help, you know, protection. They’re receiving help.

I think they feel they’re receiving help. So I think they it’s a it’s a runaway. They kind of I mean, they can’t talk, but they just look at you. So that’s sort of, I think, gesture. However, so third one is in chanting.

So there’s some animals that can hear. If they can hear, then it is positive imprint, that definitely brings them to enlightenment. So that ring so otherwise, if you don’t if you don’t do this if you don’t do the if you don’t do any of this, then you see they will you see, even they even they receive even they receive human body due to good karma, but then again, you see creating karma again, they bond animal realms or hell realms, hunger ghosts, you see. So always circular like this. So by doing like this, it definitely brings them to enlightenment.

Liberation, not only that, to enlightenment. So you see, otherwise, their suffering has no end. You see, their suffering has no end. Similar similar, our suffering has no end until we actuate path and the liberate from saṃsāra by removing delusion karma. I say, always we have to larvaen other sentient beings.

Always we have to larvaen. Until we exercise path, it’s a true pattern, true cessation of suffering. Until we do that, you see by having realization of the nerve situation into the path, until we don’t get a complete disc, we always have the lab and symptoms. So many symptoms, number of symptoms have to suffer for us. You see, even when we’re driving car in the road, so many insects who are on there to die.

They have to they have to see, they have they to suffer. And for food, even water, for food, rice, and vegetable. So many insects when they spread, they have to die. And and when they when we when we when the people work on the field, so many insects, they get killed and those many other sentient beings people, they have to they have to clinically come and hang another symptoms for the food. You see, for all this food.

So this food that we receive in the plate, in the bowl, in the table, you see, number of sentient beings, they worked for this. They died for this. Number of sentient beings died for this. Number of sentient beings suffered for this. They got killed for this.

So as I mentioned, one rise came from another rise, another rise came from another rise. So everything like that is a number of symptoms suffered, died, killed for this. So no question about shelter and all other clothings. If think evolution, so many symptoms you have to suffer, die, kill. Otherwise, you go on.

Otherwise, we won’t get this we won’t get this comfort and protection in the life. Otherwise, we can’t survive. You see, our survival every day, every hour, I mean, their survival depend so many symptom being suffering, dying, see, killing the karma, harming others. So therefore, you see what it this is this is you see. So like this, so for therefore therefore must get therefore must exercise part.

We’ll therefore must exercise and the exercise part and liberty and so that so that we don’t have to rely on all these symptoms. As I say, our survival comfort, you know, so many symptoms and suffering that they have suffered for that they have suffered for us, for. So that that is it. So anyway, So then a conclusion. Where’s the conclusion?

I’m looking for the conclusion. Where’s the conclusion? So I decided to why every week, one hundred dollar one hundred dollar, how much you can get how much everything you get from the shop? Each one is I think I’m I’m not pretty good in that one. How much?

How many? Nobody’s there. Okay. So so this is to this is to continue all the time to buy only one hundred dollar. So first, I thought three hundred dollar, but anyway, hundred dollar to buy every week to liberation.

Then also Arthur’s house. Arthur’s house so Arthur’s house, quite some time ago, decided to be animal liberation. I think once a week or Twice. Twice. Twice a month.

Yeah. Twice a month to do animal liberation. So then also other people to participate. So you see, so the, then also always is dedicated for as soon as the and other virtual friends and sanghas. However, there’s extensive dedication.

Then anybody who has cancer, anybody who’s names names, anybody who’s those who have, say, a life obstacles, then names names in the list every time to dedicate dedicate working. So even though even though they are unable to deliver it, even though they are unable unable to practice, but put them there, you see, so let’s get done for them. So the yeah. That’s so the next one. The organization, you see, benefit for being one other one other very, very, very important is a retreat that I forgot to mention.

We have Cheniere land, particular for particularly for the trip to exercise power. Then, of course, they spend over selling that’s just that the authorities are the Germans. What’s that? Cousin. Then in Australia, particular for retreat is kangaroo kangaroo island.

Land belong to kangaroos. Anyway, so kangaroo island, that comes very good for meditation. So I think quite a number of people that are going to retreat there, build household to retreat, long long retreat. So that is another place in Australia. I think it can be very good for.

Of course, they can be all the other places in Australia. Zealand, the mom the mom of the center like that. Spain was a link, see, In America, there’s there’s also and there there’s also other places. You see. Mean, military center is working.

It’s also one place for retreat. There’s not many shelters and house built at the moment. So one thing is one thing is to study, to learn. That’s one thing. Other thing is a retreat.

So offering offering facilities for retreat. Retreativity, I think it’s in France. I think has I think found one place there. What’s it called? On the mountain somewhere.

So anyway, that is to act you see, med to do the practice of purification, collect med to actualize path where some conducive place, quiet place to actualize path. Quiet place, conducive place for meditation. So that that is another very important. You see, we have organized all the studies but also retreat to exercise the path. That’s very important one.

So we we have both. So not just not just only study but also you see. Then so there’s in unbelievable benefit for them by making available this, you see. So also I think should turn I think also the the Sanghas in there to do. Hoping in the future, enabled by more land so the old students, you see, the end of their life somehow, you know, maybe build small houses there and have many helicopters outside prayer with the stupid.

Or, you see so where they can end their life very peacefully in peace, but continue their practice. Also range in the young students, the nurse, you know, remind them, I said, do practice together to to chant together with them. We think they lose memories. See, so you have a student, you have a, you know, a student to a nurse, you know, to to do mantra together, you see, to together, you see, to help. So things like that where they can end of their life where they can see die peacefully.

You see, outside you see, having many whole objects. So whenever they open eye, you know, they see whole object. It bring peace in the heart, purify mind and correct me if you see like that brings the enlightenment. So that in the future that I mean, that can be a student or non student. You see, however, you know, however, see, is able want to be there to do practice, you know, to die peacefully.

Very important other very important benefit of the organization, there’s Dharma books. So, Dharma asked Nick, say, to say, to to wisdom publication, you see. As Nick to do and he for so many years, he did that took main responsibility of that. Yeah. You see, making teachings available in the world to make by making books.

So Nick did first course, the third course. He was there third course. He and the it’s kind of third course. Third course. He’s he’s a Australian doctor, but he looks but he looks like terrorist.

No. But but but that that was past. I’m talking I’m not not talking now. I’m talking the past. So he did he did third course.

Third course. And then the fourth course, he was involved. From the fourth he was there in Nepal for a long time, so both of them. He did the they appeared they appeared in third medicine course, and I think they come abroad. They were Indonesia or somewhere go out somewhere in beach and then cutting laying down at the beach and cutting the outside the the pine the coconut.

Somebody came along, brought coconut, cut in. Then somebody came along and told about a couple of minutes, of course. Maybe something like that. So then, anyway, the common brought there. So, anyway, third course and then fourth course, he already so June fourth course, he was already working on the book.

The course book called the very ancient the very ancient meditation course book called the called what’s it called? Oh, wish to be in golden sun. So the very ancient one. So Nick started work on that. So we’re we’re we’re adding more subjects on that during the third during the fourth course.

So since during the during the fourth course, they took each country themselves, Nick already start be busy. Already start being busy. Very busy for him from that. Mainly on the book, you see. So that’s so that’s how their life started.

So so then so many years so so many years. I don’t know. How many years? Sorry. What?

More than thirty years. Oh, not hundred years. So in a bit yeah. So up to now. So I started with some publication by Nick, And now this is starting archive.

So we need Nick. I was working that. So after after now. So from the fourth course and after now. So like that.

So this is not a very, important work activity of organization because as I often say, when you give teachings when you arrange courses, I’m not able to come, all this certain handful of people, somebody even five, maybe even three. I think I think Hawaii one time I was in Hawaii, you know, we had one center called Botichita Center there. No. Center. So I went there two, three times.

Two or three times. So that’s Dolly the Molly and Dolly, something that the couple Molly and Dolly. Sorry. I don’t remember. I’ll tell you the name.

Molly and Dolly. So, anyway, they have one child that came to vajrapani. Couldn’t believe it. I think, you know, once you’re able to be with this child, then no question, you’re Buddhist you’re a Buddhist. You have to watch all the time of us.

You know? You have to watch all the time. It’s just every you know, I think a few seconds is danger. So anyway so anyway, so I I went there to keep teaching the course. So who was there?

It was two of them. Then there was one person, and there was Rāja and me. Anyway, so you see, not not everybody come in your rent closes. So therefore but the book, Dharma book, can go every corner of the world, can reach very far, every corner of the world. So you can benefit unbelievable so much in this can you see, say, it can spread, say, so extensively in the world, you see.

So that’s very, very, very important activity of the organization that definitely is positive imprint in their mind when they read the Dharma book, especially as Buddha I’d say since since it is Buddha’s teaching since it is Buddha’s teaching, since that see, no mistake in the in the teaching of the Buddha, you see, it leaves definite positive imprint. Never cheat a sentient being, definitely brings to liberation to enlightenment. So I see all these all these, you see, the Dharma books. You see, when they reach. So that’s open and draw for all the happiness, especially enlightenment.

So so we should so we should rejoice. We should rejoice, I’ll say, that we’re able to through through wisdom publication and through archives. Publication and through archives that that we’re able to extend the benefits of the sentiments. So it’s. Then then all the social all the social service, there are social services available that we have been doing, the organization, including the say, in Bodh Gaya, there’s at the, see, there’s dispensary for the villagers.

And I opened Buddhist Buddhist Christian has this what’s called what’s called this? Frank or the Christian has where people say that nobody looking after them is so they can’t manage themselves and nobody can. And then you see there’s a place where there’s an organization place we see take care of them. Called? Anyway, so Christians, have, you see, so the Buddhist should have the same I forgot the name.

So anyway, so I started that. But only very rarely you find different I mean, not all the time you find a person, you know, in the street that you one can’t look up to and nobody look look up to. It’s a very bad condition. They not you find. A few times, we found so one one got better.

I think he left. Maybe one passed away. I think Kabir had him. We found Rajagir when we went to Krikamich with Krikashen and took teachings on the I think on the mountain. And then so this old man, and we brought to.

So he slept in the tent where the course was done, you know, by laying down the hash, the the glass. Then was died at that time. So he took care of this old man in his room. So I think he was here, that that old man there. So he had all the so he he had all the smells, and everything in the same room.

So he took care for quite a number of months, I think, when he passed away. So, anyway, I don’t know the name of that. Yeah. That’s right. Buddhist.

Yeah. So now then after because you cannot find all the time, so then other sick people also live there. So however, then, you know, the Italian, the student at the end, she was quite a number of years. Then she started this leprosy for some years. Now she does also TV and also doing something in the.

Those many poor people, you see, when if they when there is a child, if it’s a girl, then you see, they and it becomes very expensive for the family when they send the girl to get married, you know, to to to the send to the to the man. So they have to pay a lot of money, so much money. So so this is they if it’s a do is they if it’s a girl, then they cut down the food and they let the staff die. So this is what they do this is what this is what they do in the in the Gaya. I mean, Bihar.

You see? So she’s also helping helping saving, you know, educating or something like that. Then in Mongolia, more details, I I might be explain to you, but I just love part as a part of social service. Mongolia, so we have said, how many gurus? Is it?

Okay. Or you you can you can you can explain. What? How many? Twenty two.

Ah, so twenty two girls. First, they bought three. Right? First first first four. First time, four.

Right? So first time. So I heard there’s one blind person who never had a home in his life. So then when he received the guru, we bought the guru and then when he received it so he was so happy. He never had a home in his life.

So he grabbed, you know, he he hugged, he grabbed to Uli. Uli so Uli is the director there. You see? So he that for quite how many years? Four years.

Yes. Did excellent service there in Mongolia, Uli. So when I heard the story, so it really touched me. It really moved to touch hard. So we bought the so now, twenty?

Now how many? Girl? Oh, okay. So twenty five girls. So in each girl, how many people?

Okay. Girl, that Mongolian tent. Then then also, there are so many also, there are so many homeless people, and also they they they don’t have also food. So just build a kitchen and giving soup. Soup.

Soup. Right? Giving soup. So giving soup to how many people? Quite a number.

Everyday, four hundred people. One hundred or everyday giving food for one hundred people. So like that. So this is this is to start. But but in the future, I would I would really like to expand much many more homeless people to have a gur and then, you see, to get food, not only in Ulaanbaatar, but also other cities.

So also, now another another center started this year as as in the second city, center. So anyway, that’s so then there’s also a tongue translating dharma books in Mongolian language. So those those those things have been done. So just what time do I can remember? So as as far as the service, dental hospitals, you you know, ready.

So that see. Then, also, I would like to start Buddhist school there in Mongolia for the lay people, for the children, see, teach Dharma along with the other education. Then I say, Hopefully, to be able to to be able to start not only the Dharma Masala, the tongue lesson training, we have it, which is which is two year intensive course. That’s an extremely beneficial. Now we have very good tongue slederer at many centers.

Very good tongue slederer at many centers we have to provide, and that’s very successful. And it it that help that cut down so much problem in the center. Whereas before, we had so much problem bringing some young Tibetan, you know, from India somewhere. Then you see, it doesn’t last from Nepal to from India. Then I didn’t have dharma education, so very difficult to translate even English.

Good. And even there, there’s some Dharma but English is not good. However, there’s many problems there. However, very difficult to pass the Geshe is even the Geshe is very learned has many qualities, but but very difficult to pass the teaching convey very clearly to the people so that people become less and less and less and less. You know, they try for years and then they find very hard and then she told then people become less and less to get dropped out of the seat.

So that so also, this has a great qualities, very deep, clear understanding of dharma, but can’t really pass to the the western students who say. Now, by this time, cut down so much problem, help so much of the center. So I would like to see more like that established maybe Australia or USA, Even of Taiwan, America would like to have a, you know, western teacher, Tibetan Tibetan teacher, you know, to this colloquial language and they seek the the the Dharma terms to set up more like that. I think it seems so essential People to learn more Tibetan than, you know, translation training. I think it’s very important.

Otherwise, kind of waste time or they can’t really convey the teaching, you know, correctly to others. And it was a waste time. The waste of the, you know, the amount of issues, you see, time. You know, I think that’s so I think that I think that’s fair. To reach Asahira, to mention the future our activities want to continue.

At the same time, mentioned those things what we do what we have been doing and to rejoice and what objective, what we look for, what we should accomplish. So so all three things combined in this talk. So I would like to see many more social service, many different social service to happen. And I mentioned about the whole objects. So they were every center, not only what I planned, but every center, you know, building, and many, you know, poly objects, sculptures, then, you know, whatever you send that you can provide, whatever you can do as much as possible, that that’s extremely beneficial.

It blesses the place. Each time when you when you build a prayer wheel, it totally bless the place. It brings serenity and peace. And the the sentient beings who are in that area, they’re building on the land, on the earth, worms, but that area is in the midst. They need come and get purified purified in there, and they don’t get it along in the street.

So I would just say, some of the benefits. So I have to mention that. So So in the morning in the morning, you see, you you do direct meditation of by doing the prayer, foundation good quality or on guru from far by whichever lamrim prayer you recite. Or you do just meditation lamrim. The motivation is the the of the being, middle working, high working being.

You see, without depend on the path, you just do you just do the set of the motivation. You know, greater part of low curriculum, middle curriculum, the higher curriculum. Whichever way you do, the other documentation, the so the by the second plan or you you go over and see. You make your own commentaries to see. I like that.

However, the generating motivation for life, mainly thinking about digital. So develop digital is about going by by a step by step, see, from the analysis and this life and not to visualize some of them, but it’s that. However, so normally there’s a motivation. The integrating the all the pract lifetime practice into five power, there is the and the from the five powers, the power of the the the power of the attitude. You know?

I see how you’re going to how you’re going to direct your life, plan for your life. So you see, normally that from now on, in the life of enlightenment, you see, and and then until until that until that happens, especially today, I will never let myself under the control of self change and thought. I will never separate away from bodhicitta. From now on, until enlightenment, in particular, until you die. Then in particular, you’re more precise today.

So you make strong determine make strong determination in the morning. You see like that. So the attitude, see how you’re to how you’re going to live you’re going to live your life. So expand the the Russian is the thought of this mission. So so first, know, go over the learning plan, documentation, or you you you do your own learning plan to see a commentary seek, motivation like that.

Then That’s you you can also do this dedication. From now on or whatever, I don’t know if you can see from now on or whatever activities I do including virtuous actions, eating, walking, sitting, sleeping, doing job, whatever. Whatever I do is now, what do I do? May become cause the may become cause as a all sentient being speech enlightened by muscle being enlightened. So you can dedicate like that.

However, that one day see, if you can do today so today, the motivation morning, if you did you if you did you you did you on the seven techniques of mind cause and effect. Today, the motivation of life, if you did the general body do that, if you did if you did through that, seventeen is one quarter effect. Then you see today, then the rest of the day, you see, at your home, family, when you see at in the office, when you where you job in the center, if you want to go to center. How about when you go shopping in the street, people, animals. So practice mindfulness.

That what meditation you did this morning, seven ten is mind cause of it. So practice mindfulness yesterday with that. You see, mother. So anyone who meet dog, bird, worm, insect, she may them I said mother. Yeah.

So you all reminiscent, the mother, the number of times is like like your present like mother being mother, of times. And all of a sudden, it happened same, mother, of times and then and I say and and the kindness number of times, everything happened From beginners report, say, number of time, I’ve been kind and giving body. Kindness, happy body. So especially, you see, in the the human body, you know, then the human body and then give opportunity because that opportunity to practice Dharma. So it’s see, like that.

So, like this person’s mother, is not the first time. She didn’t have this. Number this time, she’s been kind, giving body. She kind of skin body, So all sentient beings, they’ve been mother. When they have mother, they’ve been kind to giving body.

So feel that kindness Feel that kindness. So keep your mind in that state, feeling so strong, the kindness. The. It’s been kind to their body. And that for this So for each this life mother, for each for each sentient beings, for this kindness, even I give up my even I give up my life, I sacrifice my life even the number of atoms of this earth.

So if I put this put this one sentient being, you know, mother and kind like this, get bored a number of times, it’s nothing. Isn’t isn’t nothing. You see? But even the omniscient mind cannot see the beginning of kindness of this this one sentient beings of this. The mother and again bring kindness.

Their body is a if the omniscient mind, the one cannot see the beginning. So I’ve a feel that very deep. You know? Then like the same thing. Yeah.

I say get there. I say, kindness. That this mother, you see, protect the life from hundreds of danger of life to to to me. You see, when I was born to her during this life, protected me from hundreds of life danger each day. So she did number of times.

She’s been kind to protect my life from danger, hundreds of dangerous day, you know, during the time of mother. So we can manage in similar way, you know, get very deep For for the numb number of times, I’ve been kind. You see, protect my life. For hundreds of damage, then feel, you know, dead less, beginner less kind of thing. Then next one, a leading part of the world, medical education.

So that includes teaching how to walk, speak, you know, putting the human met your human beings. They put it in the human among in the line of the human beings, how to walk, how to speak. So taught all these things, taught all the names of things, you see. At the beginning, you know nothing, but the mother taught, you see. So then send in school.

You see, I got all this, you know, university, whatever, you know, help to get education. Again, the kindness of this, nonetheless. You know? For goodness. So for same, first, still do this mother, then second, then next, all sentient beings have been sent.

Okay? Every after every every after every kind of you, you did of this life, mother, then, then you respond to everybody. Would numbers numbers and kind like this. Then, especially especially, you know, yeah, this life, mother education so that now we can learn dharma, read, we can write and read dharma books. So that’s that’s incredible.

So anyway, the next one is, you know, mother’s kindness that being mother kind. See, built so much hardships, you know. Kindness built so much hardships for my well-being, for my survival, for my happiness. You see? So I think of this my mother started since since from the birth, you know, after your after your conscious conceived in the mother’s womb for those nine months, second.

And especially during the birth, I have to go through some pain for that. And, yeah, number is I’m I’m not I’m not going to introduce them. So just a main outline. So you see, from beginning, they’ve been kind. They see bear so much hardship, so much suffered.

There’s so much need come out for my happy, for my well-being, my survival, and, you know, suffer so much. So nobody’s done. From being this but this then I got all the sentient beings. After feeling this deathless kind of kindness with this present mother, then you feel the same thing with every sentient beings being. Get the exact same feeling, kindness one.

Anyway, if you don’t remember, you know, you you how you our mother suffered for you, our parents suffered for you, then you you you you look at other look at others, watch others that who have children, you know, the parenting children look at them. I think very easy to understand. So easy. So easy to understand how much they suffer. Now, you know, I’ll turn the womb and then after coming out, I’ll I’ll say, at the wedding.

How much they suffer for so many years if they’re alive? You know? Their money what they collected. Money what they collected since they went, you know, they went to kindergarten. They start the education from kindergarten, then primary school, high school, college, university.

So they did so many years of study, then they find job, then they collect money. So with that money, they they worked they worked the whole their life to have education in order to get the money, get job. You see, get degree, get job. So this money, then you take care of you. That money is spent for you.

So so so now So now so now here, you see when you think that when you think that when you think this kindness, how much is suffering we have since? No way. There there’s no way to waste the life. There’s no way to waste to waste, you see, your your life to waste. No way to waste personal life even even for one day.

Can’t waste. You know, one can’t when they are not waste the life without practicing Dharma, without giving kindness to them. No question one day. Even one hour, minute, can’t waste. They are not waste this.

Not not practicing Dharma, not doing something with what? Benefit of sentient beings, including these parents. You see, they are not waste, you know, and distraction. You see? Just only working for this life happiness, and this life happiness is your one’s only happiness.

Only working for one’s only happiness. Impossible to that. How can you think of that? How can one think of it? Only one, my happiness.

Only working for self. You see, they’re not. That’s that’s totally cruel. If you look at pumicep pants or something like that. You see, selfish, so cruel.

So, like, the text message and the text say, mother down there attacked by tiger. Then then you, the daughter or son, stand on the top of tree and down or dance or you can dance in the tree, but sing sing a song. You see? Yeah. Sing a song.

You see? Instead of helping the mother who are dangerous to eating my tiredness, save me. Then you complete it. I completely ignore and then think of your own happiness and climb up the tree and think so on. How about sort of this?

So morning is you morning, when you’re when you’re doing the meditation, what is the motivation, you see, you already did you already did these these things. I see. So they so I’d let the kindness. You see, Japan kindness and then they didn’t as far as giving wealth, you see, things like that, you know, they themselves have been well, even will king number of times, most public in the in the universe number of times. They didn’t free them from Samsāra.

They didn’t free them as a didn’t free them from Samsāra, didn’t liberate them from Samsāra, you see. So what they need is to be what what what is the what they need is the ultimate happiness, liberation from saṃsāra and cause delusion, karma. To experience self making. So so to for you to that, you need to exercise path. You need to practice Dharma.

So practicing so practice a modality. Lay as a living layouts. You see, even for lay, there’s layouts. So whatever one, I thought all five or from the five, if not all five, four or three, two, even at least even one. Whatever one can practice.

Take it. Practice. So those are those are best way to benefit to look at kindness. So, see, all this practicing Dharma, see, mental laundering, what the best way to kindness, respect kindness, to address life. So so anyway, with the bodhicitta, I say, making your life most beneficial or something like the best way to make kindness.

So anyway, then the I said, what By maintaining kindness of the mother’s by maintaining kindness of something, as a as a result as a result, you won’t get the affectionate affectionate loving kindness. Like said, the anyway, how, you know, how mother how mother how the mother see her beloved child or the how the mother see her most beloved child. How does she see that one? You see, something something is it say, In Tibetan called So something very most dear, you know, Dear you see something extremely dear to your mind. Any suffering any suffering happens for the mother for example, mother to the child, most beloved child, any suffering, any problem happens can bear.

You know, any small thing can bear for the mother’s mind. So something so precious. So some also beauty, not beauty, not physical beauty, but let’s see. Mhmm. So I like to have the mother.

She have a little child. If if it’s not physically beautiful, but this is how the mother, even physically very ugly. But you see that this mother see that child beauty, you know, affectionate love and kindness. So that happens that comes as a result of our mental kindness. Then there’s a a great loving kindness great loving kindness, you know, then you see, the not not only wishing the sentient beings to have a happiness, cause cause happiness, but you want cause or something being to have a happiness cause happiness.

You see? So that happiness is shouldn’t think just that happiness is something shelter, the food, you know, a nice garden, shoot around that. Happiness always should include enlightenment, liberation and saṃsāra, enlightenment. But shouldn’t think about the temporary happiness. When you mentioned on the four imaginable thoughts, when we say when we’re wishing happiness, shouldn’t think it’s just temporary.

It’s good to think the enlightenment. Even even you said the word, instead of saying happiness, how wonderful it’s about something things have an enlightenment. Made enlightenment. I’ll cause them to enlightenment. So that so I say some sometimes I say, when I remember, this is a final more effective.

So how about, then, okay, I’ll say but but by analyzing, you know, the by analyzing, they devoid of yeah. What they want is happiness, but they devoid of happiness, you see. So for example for example, that the Lord human beings, you see, they are devoid of a of happiness of. You see, all those comfort, you see, happiness. And even the they were human beings.

Even though they have those temporal pleasures, but they devoid of ultimate happiness, liberation from saṃsāra. And even the other others, even they achieved or saṃsāra, but they devoid of declared liberation from enlightenment. So like that. So so they wish what they wish is happiness, but they continuously destroy the cause of happiness. You see and so thinking how they diverge of happiness then for them makes you to change their lung kinase.

So based on the mental kindness before I say, then then then it comes. Then what they what they do not want is suffering but constantly run to create a cause of suffering. So I think the thing that situations in the nature. Then you see, even you try to help them, they run away. You know, even you try to educate them Dharma, try to teach them what the real happiness to be achieved.

You know, how to achieve happiness. Even you try to help them that they don’t know what they don’t they’re scared to run away. So I’ve you see, however so not only wishing all sentient beings to be free from all the causes, not only that, taking a responsibility on yourself. I will cause them to be free from all the causes. So change in compassion.

Then have that to do all this work by my son alone. Even though they are not responsible for the service, but they say I will do all this work by myself alone. Because because you have opportunity. Why you have why how you have responsible is because, for example, blind person for example, blind person, there’s danger to fall down in the clips. Then the person who has eye in the arms, who has a arms, who has eye, you know, even that other blind person who has falling down clips didn’t didn’t ask didn’t ask you, didn’t request you.

But because you have eye, arms, feet, legs, just feet, legs to run down to rear grab and help because you you have you have the opportunity. You have eye and arms and legs to go there and to help. So just because you have the opportunity, so you are responsible. Just because you have opportunity to help, so you are responsible Even though that other person did not request you. So like that even even like that, you see, here, we’re not talking about kindness of other person.

Here, we’re not talking about kindness of that person to you. That person is kind to me. Nothing that you see, he just simply he responded, I’m talking because you have opportunity to help, so you’re responsible. You see, to we have this one to help that to save that person, blind person who put him down. So now here, we’re talking about on based on kindness.

That’s something being seen. There’s much more. There’s so much you know, reason is deathless, you see, to have your respond or how we need to should help. Mhmm. See.

So already we went through the reason. See. So even without even without reasoning, we without talking about kindness, because one has a received human body to that can practice Dharma in actualized path. It can liberate others. And I have met this time a virtuous friend, blind leader.

He’s a virtuous friend who revealed the whole path of enlightenment. You see? And you have a Dharma wisdom I, Dharma wisdom I. So you see? So definitely you have opportunity to act on the liberate others.

So you have all the opportunity. So but even without talking kindness of others in the midst, just because you have opportunity to help others, so we have responsibility. You see? Say, to liberate from the oceans of some kind of suffering and cause and bring it to life. So I will do it to so I’ll to it.

I’ll do it by myself. So there’s no other means to, you know, accomplish that except first muscle. Why? Because omniscient one. Buddha is the only one.

You see? Omniscient mind because having omniscient mind can it’s the only one who can do path towards them. So therefore, first of all, so therefore so you see so therefore, in the rest of the day, morning, like this. First thing, morning, motivational life. For the rest of the day, see, when we go to center, work, office, home, outside.

So what is the insect? Mother? It’s my mother. You know? Mother not well, my mother, number is number is times.

And the kindness is always kindness, numberless times. So you see the four kind the four kind we have to put it to four kindness, photographic kindness, numberless times. So feel this, you know, every time as much as possible practice mindfulness. So now now so this is the basis so this is the basis to respect others. This is the basis to serve others.

Whatever service one has to do, you see. Say, you know, that say, whatever help, whatever service, even that if there’s a person that you see can very heavy load or or old person or something, you know, can’t manage lot and you are and you can, you know, you can carry you can carry some of that, you know, to to become to become what happens to the person. However, or even that, you know, you’re or something. Anyway, it’s an example. So what about, you know so this so this is the foundation.

You know? How see. See, how you feel that how you feel with the symptoms. And I think on on this basis, then the service is very easy to do. Very happy.

So joyful. So happy. So enjoyable to do. You know? You see, even it’s even it cause life danger.

You see, even it cause life danger. So like Buddhist sufferers. You know, if they like Buddhist sufferers, if they had reborn in the hell realm for the benefit of symptom, if they even they have to not only die, born in a healthy limb. If not only they even not only they get killed by somebody. You know, even born in a healthy limb suffer.

You see, it it even even even they have a death, something that benefit something incredible bliss, unbelievable bliss, incredible bliss. You know? And then for them, achieving liberation free forever from oceans of some kind of suffering. Himself free from oceans of some kind of suffering forever. Liberation.

You You is is like a toilet paper. You use toilet paper. You see, it’s it’s a this most disgusting. The the the the know, throw away, you see. Some that you don’t touch.

So like that, the average Buddhist attitude to achieving happiness for ourselves like that. The thought, see, even even achieving liberation, even achieving ultimate happiness liberation from the foreign self, like that, most disgusting. See, something to, like, poison throw away, know, like that. So for sentient beings, see, when there’s a benefit, I think to be born even not only to be killed by somebody, but even to be born incredible, you know, joy, bliss, skies of joy. Like the swan, like the swan, as in the kitchen manager, swan, bird, as you go in the bit the beautiful pond, you know, so happy.

So anyway, so that they are then then then the the next day, then you meant you meant it on the equalizing ones for others, bodhichittite, okay, based on an obsession. Then the bodhichittite equalizing ones for other, The great equanimity is foundation, then short kind of self change benefit of others. Resume into that. And then the exchange was you see the Buddhist technique. So can do can do practice.

And then while you’re doing, so you get down your commitment. If your commitment while you are taking while you are doing a practice of taking, you know, the environment, the hell realm, all these hot and cold, all these ice and all these firehouse and all these short ground, all these so that and then they all they need karma, result of all those sufferings, most unbearable, everything. Then you see, enough more power, small or you see a pollution or higher. So you think whatever is the most harmful of the ego, so you think into that. What is most terrifying of the ego?

For the for the self checking policy. So this is mainly practice. Distress of checking also you think the the most terrifying. So, like, in the practice called is it like, know, from the, you know, will, the sword, turning the ego, self change. So in from that, absorbed, you know, on the in your heart, on the ego, the self cherished.

Thought like, bomb is it that the cart totally destroyed. Completely non nonexistent. Then at the same time, object of the you see, self object of self challenging topic. What is challenged most is the I think special for especially for us, you see, that that that I that I the emotional I. You see what cherish.

We don’t we don’t think we don’t think think, oh, this is me level I I cherish. We don’t think about that. You see, the I what we cherish, the emotional I. The I, you see, appearing to you not me level by mind, existing from society. So when the self challenging thought it just it’s completely nonexistent.

At the same time, object the eye that’s that cherish most, that emotional eye, totally, you know, become become nonexistent. Become nonexistent as a non existent entity. That eyes, totally nonexistent, empty in in the reality. So one minuteed in meant in that minute in the emptiness, how many, you know, whatever seconds or minute. Then the general kindness or you do you see, first, depends how elaborate, you know, you want to do the meditation.

First, do all the techniques, you know, from the animals, all of that. Each time they just destroy ego, all that. After that, then the, you know, the obstacles, the the gurus, and the according to view, source is it take that and then also the obstacles to spread the. So then I thought they think you do giving to each rhythm. That’s what given.

So much and lot of times can do that. So what do you do extensive? What do you do, you know, what can I say? What do you do elaborate? What do do this much or, you know, breathe?

That’s up to one’s up to one’s up. You see, the dominant practice. So how about so June, along with that, you can do the commitment. Whatever commitment one has. So and and and that’s the best that’s the best meditation along with the man the the so if you do the mantra with this meditation, it’s the best meditation.

Most problems. So then the rest of the day so morning, you did that meditation. So rest of the day. One one go to center to work or office outside or at home, whatever. Whenever you see something being, think as much as possible, practice mindfulness.

Continuing the extensive kindness you invented in the morning. So, however, there’s different ways to meditate. There are different ways to meditate. Short term is a self-cherishing thought and the different ways to meditate kindness is at the same time being the extensive kindness. But however, as I often mentioned so what you I say, as I often mentioned, so you see you see you you go to the advantage center and you meet the person who complained to you or a person who was criticized or who was put down you or something.

You meet or at home, there’s somebody’s here or in the office where you do job or have a so you meet this person. So you are sitting same room while you’re meeting this person. See? Actually, just give me an example. So so when you’re posting so so you meet this person.

Normally, whom do you call? But, you know, normally normally, you see that person called. So so I think think that from this from from him or her, I have received all my past happiness from beginning of century of birth and present, and future happiness, all the realization of the power of enlightenment, everything, liberation enlightenment. The most precious the most precious, most kind one. Every single from my eyes, what am I?

Every single comfort. Every single pleasure from him. I say, we will be based on how he may say. First of all, all the happiness from Bignessburg, I said, to now. So the most pressure most pressure, then I’ll say, they surpassed it.

That present happens. Then even more precious. Then all the future happiness of enlightened, you know, Buddha is it. Yeah. India.

So I think, received even from him or her. Then unbelievable. The kindness is kindness is much, much, much greater. You see? It.

So the most precious one, you know, also life. So you then you feel in your heart, the most precious Not not only that. I said, When you become Buddhist supper, all these qualities in the Buddhist ordinary Buddhist supper, I have Buddhist supper. All these unbelievable qualities, receive from this person. I receive from this person.

Then numberless qualities because holy body, holy spiritual mind has all this realization that Buddha has. Numberless quality, I received. From this person. Then then you see whom object the object whom we pray, Buddha Buddhadharma Sangha. The number is Buddha.

For example, Buddha, Buddha, see, how it happened? Become a say, or you can say become enlightened. Oh, you see? That by kindness this Vour karma is this person. He said, who was built up, who left the teaching in this world, you see, found over the Dharma, Dharma came from this kindness happened by kindness of this.

So so came they came from came from Bodhisattva. Bodhisattva came became a Buddha, see, before Bodhisattva. So before Bodhisattva, how how become Bodhisattva is by generating bodhicitta. Then generating bodhicitta came from root compassion. So root the compassion generated generated by depending on by depending on the by depending on the existence of this this symptom being by depending on the existence of this symptom.

So if there’s no compassion generated, you see, to this sentient being, then cannot, you see, cannot express bodhicitta, cannot become Bodhisattva, cannot cannot cannot see and and the Siddhartha cannot become enlightened. See? So you can see Buddha became the the chief mathematician. You can see came from all the depending on this person, this in the being. You can see you can see a dependent on this in the business.

Existence of this suffering, You can see. So they have a so this person is so precious. This is Buddha so precious. This is so precious. So then all the Dharma come from Buddha, you see.

So Dharma came from this thing. So so so precious. I’m really precious this thing. So the Sangha who attained the Dharma path. Let’s see.

What is conventional Sangha or the actual Sangha? The path is not the of the path. So the Buddha Dharma Self, my refuge my refuge. You see, Came from this person. So Buddha came from this came from this kind of Then all the Dharma, refuge, say, to be free from the.

So, however, so and that here, I’m just you see, so one can do meditation like this in the morning. So so the rest of the day when we meet the person, so as we mentioned in the morning, we feel that. So this this is source of my power combined. So my number of powers present which are happening. And this, know, So I got essence, you know, think that and feel.

So to feel that this person is the most precious one. So then, like this, any animal and people. When you’re walking the road, you see animals, insects, people, whatever. I expect the man as much as possible. I received all my happiness from the you know, from this from this.

I received all my happiness from this. I received all my I tears, I’m happy from this dog, from this insect, from this worm, and so on. Like that. So then every time you feel everyone everyone you feel, as we think like this, practice mindfulness, you feel feel everyone in your heart so precious. So when you feel when the when the thought that each being is so precious, then the respect, then you want to offer service.

Respect and service comes naturally. And you really you you really want you see, every single if there’s anything you can do, there’s any if there’s any even such a small thing you can do, you can help, you can do, so I make you so happy. Even such small thing, you know, you can offer. It brings incredible joy and happiness, satisfaction, and fulfillment, meaning of life. So so here so I’m basically introducing the behind so the attitude the attitude of the basis, you know, the attitude is the what it say.

The basis, say, say, cause of the basic or service. So this way so then you see. Then this way. Then this way. Then this way.

There’s no problem of ego crushing, personality crushing. Usually, so we have so much there’s usually so much of this problem. Person down to crushing and disharmony so much disharmony. And so put this way, there’s always there’s always this attitude, you see, attitude, humble attitude that that myself that that oneself that oneself to be servant that oneself is to be servant to others. You know?

That oneself to be servant to to others, to all those other sentient beings. Say, there’s no problem of there’s no problem of ego problem that I’m used by others. You see, I’m used by others. I’m used as a slave by others. You know?

Here here here, you’re so happy. Whenever you’re used by others. Whenever whenever you’re used by others for their happiness, so I’m you’re so happy, unbelievable joy. For this, like, bodhisattva, how to bodhisattva? It’s similar.

See? Find you find that you’re useful, your body’s mind or possession or whatever. You know, that that see. So Buddha Sabha, it makes Buddha so happy to smell like here, you see. So so with this, you know, practice of mindfulness in their life, one invented and there’s a dead thing like this as much as one can.

But then then the then the respect, you know, the respect and all this does not become politic. It doesn’t become politic, You see, natural, from the heart. It doesn’t become diplomatic as a poly it doesn’t become politic politician, you see. Yeah. Otherwise, it’s become politic.

You know, become I say, it’s not coming from the heart. Say say, it’s become politic, you see. But here, it’s coming from from the heart. Respect saying respect talking respectfully, everything. So so here, I want to emphasize this.

Here, not only we listen, but right here, we should practice. During this during this meeting, right here is training. We should practice practice this. So then we’re ready when we go back to our centers, go back to home, then you’re ready. You’re prepared to practice that.

Other otherwise, if you left up to understanding, I’m going to do this later. This is very good. I’m I’m going to practice. That is a later. If you put a letter, then it’ll be always letter.

Even even when you go back to center, even when you even when you say so all the all all then all the time will be letter. So never then never happen to practice. Then it only it’s only left in the intellectually. Let’s see. So here, right way, we should practice the mindfulness training.

That so I think so I want to express the book that it’s book. So Commercial Service. Commercial Service. Yeah. Amy and Kendall with this book.

I said this morning, I just turned turned some pages. And read some part read some part. I think it’s extremely good. The book that they put the book that they put together is extremely good. Very, very good.

Can can make really the organization really wonderful, you know, really wonderful that that people from outside, whenever they meet whenever they come to the center whenever they come to the center, meet people whenever they meet the people, see a student, something to express how kind they are, how good they are, how kind they are, how generous they are. You see, so it is a slow moving. Before even talking before even talking dharma, you see, they just seeing you become incredible inspiration source of inspiration, a transformation of their mind, courage for them. You see, courage in their life. You see, them also they also to become like you.

You know? You see, great inspiration. And, of course, when we practice bodhicitta like this, you know, along with this, so much happiness comes joy. You see, with you don’t create problems. And you see, even there are difficulties, even even there are even there are problems, even there are difficulties, even there are sicknesses, cancer, AIDS, like that, and anymore.

It doesn’t bother to your mind because your main attitude is concern of others, not your happiness. So if you have AIDS or cancer or this life threatening disease, it become unimportant. It doesn’t bother you. It’s it’s not it it does not become it doesn’t become object that you are affront that that you are frightened to. So it’s something because small matter.

So I think this doesn’t So I did I did hear before. I mean, I I did hear from some people, you know, comments like this, how nice, how kind, you know, the the the APM student that the people with it. So I think maybe that these are I don’t know. Maybe Tibetan. Think maybe Tibetan I heard from the went to the lab center, you know, how it’s so kind.

That’s it. Anyway, I did hear some comments like that. But then also I hear the other people who are bad, how terrible, you know, that also, I hear the other side as well. So anyway so I think that’s more. So now I don’t have any more to say.

So that’s all what I want. I said I said to the essence, what we want to express on this meeting. So and then if there’s something else in the middle, as the meeting goes through, then it doesn’t. So thank thank you very much. So I think So I’m sorry.

Tea is tea break time is gone. Tea is gone. Gina is gone. Lunch is gone. Everything is gone.

So thank you very much.
