And I think thanks to him and many other teachers we are able to listen to the Dharma and we are able to see people who actually manifest the Dharma in their own mind and they are like an example for us. And I think with this Guru Puja we can make a connection and with the Dharma and with these teachers. Make sure that you have a very strong Bodhichitta motivation in order to do this so that we’re not only having a nice puja but that we’re actually creating the cause for receiving the Dharma in this life and in next life until we achieve enlightenment ourselves. So take a few moments to do that. And then we’re gonna start in the orange book, the Guru Puja book, with first two.

First one followed by seven and eight. Verse nine. Verse sixteen followed by fifteen. Verse eighteen. Plus thirty two And we offer here a long mandala, which you can find in the brown book on page twenty from the Guru Puja section.

And after that, we do the short mandala, which is on page thirty eight, the second verse. Now we go back to the Guru Puja book, verse forty three on page sixteen. And then we blessed sak. Verse fifty six. For sixty three.

And then we recite verse sixty three till seven two more times. So some people would like to help to distribute sak. That would be great. Just get up and get a bowl and Somebody’s doing that. I think Alika.

I think Alika. Maybe check with India. Somebody’s doing it, but I don’t see anybody doing it. Who is doing the remaining sak? India.

India. Is doing the remaining talk? And then we offer the remaining sak with verse seventy six and seventy seven and till eighty three. And then we do the review stages of the path on page thirty three, page eighty four, and we do that in English. Through the power of having made offerings and respectful requests to you, oh holy and incredible guru, field of merit.

We seek your blessings, oh protect us and root of well-being and bliss, that we may come on you in your joyful care. Realizing how this body of liberties and endowments is found with once is difficult to obtain and is easily lost. We seek your blessings to partake of its essence, make it worth while, and not be distracted by the meaningless affairs of this life. Awed by the blazing flame of suffering in the lower realms, we take heartfelt refuge in the three precious gems, and seek your blessings that we may eagerly endeavor to practice the various means for abandoning what is bound to misfortune and accumulating virtuous deeds. Fettered by the mesh of delusion and karma, laid upon by hordes of misery, denizens of three kinds of suffering.

We seek your blessings to develop an intense longing to be free from this monstrous ocean of boundless and vicious existence. Having abandoned the mind that uses unbearable prison of cyclic existence as a pleasure to know, we seek your blessings to partake of the treasure of higher jewels and the three higher trainings, and thereby to uphold liberation’s banner. Having considered that all these boundless beings that have been our mothers and have raised us in kindness again and again, we seek your blessings to develop unaffected compassion like that of a loving mother for her precious child. There is no difference between ourselves and others. None of us wishes even the slightest of suffering nor is even content with the happiness we have.

As in this, we seek your blessings that exchange the bliss and joy between us. This chronic disease of self-cherishing is the cause giving rise to our own suffering. Perceiving this, we seek your blessings to blame, begrudge, and destroy the monstrous demon of selfishness. The mind that cherishes all mother beings, and would secure them in bliss as the gateway leading to infinite virtue. Seeing this, we seek your blessings to cherish these beings more than our lives, even should they arise as our enemies.

And whereas infantile beings labor only for their own end or for the welfare of others. With the mind understanding the distinction between the failings of self and others, but we seek your blessings make our core practice the yoga of exchanging ourselves for others. And thus, our venerable compassionate gurus, we seek your blessings that all the suffering, obstacles, and sufferings of mother beings. May without exception ripen upon us right now. And that we may give our happiness and virtue to others, and thereby, invest all beings in bliss.

And thus, our venerable compassionate gurus, we seek your blessings at all calming depths, obstacles, and sufferings of mother beings. May without exception ripen upon us right now. And that we may give our happiness and virtue to others and thereby invest all beings in this. Should even the environment and the beings therein be filled with the fruits of their sufferings and unwished for miseries pour down like rain, we seek your blessings to take these miserable conditions as a path by seeing them as causes to exalt the result, the soul. Or but to immerse ourselves solely in the bliss of the mind.

Whatever we occasion to meet, we seek your blessings that we may adapt it to the meditation by the skillful means of the four modes of use. May we render this life of liberties and endowments infinitely meaningful by putting into practice the advice of commitments of the training of the mind. In order to rescue all beings from the vast ocean of existence, we seek your blessings to become adept in Bodhicitta through a pure selfless wish, symbol of love and compassion, conjoined with the victorious technique of mounting giving and taking upon the breath. We seek your blessings that we may eagerly endeavor to put into practice the three Mahāyāna moral codes and restrain our mind stream with pure bodhisattva vows, the single path journeyed by all the victorious ones of the three times. We seek your blessings to complete the perfection of generosity, to the teaching for enhancing the mind that gives without attachment, namely transforming our bodies, wealth, and collection of virtue over the three times into the object desired by each and every sentient being.

We seek your blessings to complete the perfection of moral discipline, of working for the sake of sentient beings acting virtuous deeds, and of transgressing the balance of the Patamoxya, Bodhicitta, and Tantric vows even at the cost of our lives. Should even a mere beings of the three realms without exception become angry at us, humiliate, criticize, threaten, or even kill us, we seek blessings to complete the perfection of patience not to retaliate, but to work for the benefit of those who cause us harm. Even if we must remain for an ocean of eons in the fiery hells as a refuge for the sake of one sentient being alone, we seek your blessings to complete the perfection of joy’s effort, to strive with compassion for supreme enlightenment and not be discouraged. Having abandoned the faults of dullness, agitation, and mental wandering, we seek your blessings to complete the perfection of meditative concentration. Through the samadhi of single-pointed placement upon the nature of reality, which that all things are void of true existence.

We seek your blessings to complete the perfection of wisdom through the space-like yoga of single-pointed placement of an ultimate truth, conjoined with the ecstasy of great bliss induced by the discriminating wisdom analysing suchness. We seek your blessings to perfect Samādhi and illusion by realising how all external phenomena like true existence, yet still appear like a mirage, a dream or an image on a moon are still. Samsāra, nirvana, lack even an atom of true existence, while cause and effect dependent arising are unfailing. We seek your blessings to the supreme import of Nāgārjuna’s thought, which is a distant complementary and not contradictory. And thereupon, we seek your blessings that we may cross the liberation of Zung.

Sin. Good night. To hope more dear than our lives, our fathers and lords of honor, which are the rules of powerful attainments. Transforming birth, death, and the bardo to the three bodies of Buddha, so that whatever may appear arises as the body of Yidam. We seek your blessings to actualize in this life the path of unity of the clear light and illusory body, which arise from placing your feet of protector at the very center of central channel at the eight petals of our hearts.

Should we not have completed the points of the path at the time of death, seek your blessings that we may be led. We will learn through either the instructions of applying the five forces or by the forceful means of enlightenment, the guru’s transference of mind. In short, we seek your blessings, O protector, to be cared for by you from birth to birth throughout all our lives, and thus to become your chief disciples, holding every secret of your body, speech and mind. O protector, please grant that all be auspicious for us to be amongst you very first circle of disciples wherever you manifest the Buddhahood. May all our temporary and ultimate wishes without exception be effortlessly and spontaneously fulfilled.

And now we go back to the Tibetan. And now for the dedication prayers we go to back to the brown book on page eighty six in the Guru Puja section. The last verse of the page. And then following the the next page. In the next two verses in English.

Just as the brave Mañjuśrī and Samantabhādra to realize things as they are, I also dedicate all these merits in the best way so that I may follow their perfect example. I dedicate all these roots of virtue with a dedication praises the best by the victorious ones up to three times so that I might perform the noble bodhisattva deeds. And then we do the long life prayer of Geshe la, which is in the little yellow book on page eleven. Om Swastin. I pray to the divine assembly that bestows immutable life, to place bestow the siddhi of deathlessness, my root guru whose kindness is without equal, who is vajradhara embodying all the conquerors of the three times.

I pray at the feet of my glorious guru who bestows upon fortunate ones all the stages of the path of Sūtra and Tantra that forms the inner essence of the Muni’s teachings and compassionately and fearlessly disseminates the conqueror’s words. May this great guide of migrating beings have long life who possesses all the characteristics of a holy spiritual friend, such as pure and the three vows, undaunted and altruistic, qualities derived from hearing, contemplation and meditation. May this great holder of the tradition of teachings have long life, who teaches the pure path of Sūtra and Tantra without contradiction as they are, who protects the internal yogas of method and wisdom of the two stages and beautifies the saffron robe through diligence and practice. May this great protector who is held in the lotus petals of pure Vajradharma and spreads the teachings of the conqueror with all embracing skill and means, to eliminate the darkness of confusion of mother migrating beings. The strings of my pure intention, the truth of the non deceptive dependent arising of karma and effect, may the pure and blessed blessings of my Guru, meaning of this prayer be quickly and easily fulfilled.

And then back to page eighty eight for the long life prayer of and then the requested prayer to.
