This celebration, is that close to creativity? Well, creativity is part of a celebration, though. But creativity doesn’t come first, but you have a sense of celebration first. Then you’re involved or evolved with the creativity. The the idea traditional idea of creativity is that you become resourceful, that you have you are up front or not bored, that you found out that you can do things creatively, you know, which is a kind of a middle class household situation that you can do something creative, you can do fantastic crocheting, or you can work with your poodles.

But creativity in this case is much more expansive, you know, that because you have a heroic experience, heroic attitude, therefore anything can be done. And we can operate on zero money. Yeah. You spoke last night about Tantric Buddhism being free from Abhidharma rules and those sort of moral principles. But from what I’ve read it seems like the early Buddhists and a lot of Buddhists today are really caught up with like Buddha’s ten precepts of behavior and that ethical system avoiding killing and lying and all that.

And I was wondering, are those sort of ethical precepts one of those things you were saying is good at the beginning and then you grow out of and you don’t need them further along? I wouldn’t say that too actually. It goes through all the time. You can’t lie to anybody. You can’t kill somebody.

Those things are very basic, actually. It’s not so much of that if the killing occurred after sunset, then it’s Abhidharma, or anything like that. It’s nothing nothing based on a superstition of any kind, but it is based on a sense of what is the sane approach to life fundamentally. How do you avoid getting dogmatic about rules like that then? Well, I think there’s a fundamental understanding about life, about sanity in individuals, what will be the fundamental way to approach openness?

You will know that anyway. I don’t have to go through the, you know, list of anything particularly. There’s some sense of understanding that you’re being open and sane, and sometimes you don’t like that. And you want you know, deliberately would like to behave insane, and would like to twist things deliberately because you’re mad at the situations. You see, that’s very simple.

In the period of Milarepa’s development, what if anything preceded the development of his openness initially. What I mean, I don’t see openness as something just coming out of the blue sky. But Well, the sky is open. Not all the time. I think it was funny when Milarepa was concerned that it’s very simple.

He realized how much he could push and try and achieve become an industrial industrious, or how much he can actually let go and receive. That there is a particular song that is breakthrough in his life, which says that he’s had a chance to relax or he just have a chance to go back and practice, so he decided to relax. So those little things are seemingly a sign of his breakthrough process. He takes an account to have a good time, and he does have a good time. He has a great time with the magicians because he had for the first time in his life, he had a chance to mock somebody who was perverting the teaching, which is a very delightful situation.

Well, mean, really vivid situation for him. Because he was so tight before? Or Well, because he he wanted to pinpoint somebody who was perverting the teaching, but nobody showed up. And when the logicians showed up, they are the only people who was completely, you know, sort of caricature of that particular version. Well, I think I would like to close this seminar if I may.

It would be very important for you people to continue practice, Needless to say, otherwise, that we are on a gigantic hypocritical trip of discussing the merits of the practicing pilgrimage, and we are drifting off somewhere else and begin to follow the norm of the logicians. to prefer the teachings in the philosophical, metaphysical, analytical approach, but at the same time having some kind of understanding of the teachings intellectually, which doesn’t have to be intellectual in terms of scholarly particularly per se, but have some sense of clarity of thinking. Clear thinking is very important. So that hopefully that you are coming to the seminar here have benefited you, that you will not forget this experience, to remind you to sit more, sit further. Sitting practice is very important.

I thank you for your immense patience. It was very great. Thank you.
